Lovely, somewhat outdated hotel with a beautiful interruor architectural design in a convenient location right off the highway. Welcome and check out staff were terrific (thank you). We loved how spacious and affordable the room were.

The entire hotel was in excellent condition, and all of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was cloudy and that was my only complaint. The restaurant was great. Dining Nice. Breakfast was great. And the happy hour was a lot of fun!

Typical Embassy suites, large rooms, friendly staff. Carpet in the living area could have been more thoroughly vacuumed, but room otherwise clean.

The hotel staff were always nice, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Elevators were always busy and had very long wait times. But all together the hotel was very clean and breakfast was great!

Comp drinks were nice. Good pool & hot tub. Liked our suite layout. Omelets were great, but the line was not. Had to miss out one morning. All the staff i encountered were great! Got some great local recommendations for food and activities!

Very clean and good. Good breakfast spread and very convenient from airport, restaurants, fast food.

I called to let them know I would be late. When I got there I found out they had overbooked and gave my room to someone else. It was a bad day with a flat tire and this just made it way worse.

The staff was very friendly and was always there if you needed anything. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a 2 bedroom, corner room which was very nice--loved the room. Our only issue was with breakfast. The breakfast buffet was cold with limited options and the omlette station took 30 minutes for my wife to get through. I also utilized the weightroom which was very nice for a hotel--it had dumbells up to 75 lbs which is rare for a hotel. Overall, very nice stay. Just need to improve the breakfast.

This hotel was nice but it had a weird smell. It was also old and needed updating. Very nice staff and the pool was nice too.

Modifications made to the reservation werent updated once I got to the hotel. Had to call Expedia three different times on two separate occasions. Was delayed an hour getting into my room

Overall good stay. Staff was nice. Hotel was clean and in good shape. Pool was not available at scheduled times and a bit crowded. Hot tub didnt always work. There was alot of unsupervised children as well. The breakfast lines were a little long

First time staying here would stay again good experience. Love design in lobby/dining room and water features/music, comfy chairs felt very relaxing also near elevators. Breakfast/hotel receptions very nice many food/drink options. Almost all employees seemed friendly greeting or offering to help you and attentive to their jobs. The gift/snack shop was great. Our room was very nice, relaxing enjoyed the nice towels, lighted mirror in bathroom, welcoming name on tv screens, slept well enjoyed cloud watching thru window. Plentiful pool towels,nice pool rinse off shower, parking, pamphlets on attractions in area. Three elevators was nice. Only concerns at check in, in spite of there being four people at the front stations only one seemed to be helping customers but Bri was very nice as well as the young lady who helped me at checkout. I was a little nervous about the adjoining room option and windows at front of our hotel room but used lock features and kept curtains closed until we left. Noticed door entering bedroom had surprising wood damage around door handle.Hotel pool like others warn no pool monitoring. It can get very crowded quickly being such a busy hotel. During our one pool visit not all children seemed to have an adult with them. Many young ones doing repeated wild front/ back flips. One child pushing others in to the pool. A few more seating options in pool area would be nice. Overall a great stay

The staff was nice

Attached to the convention center it is great for your event. Breakfast buffets each day that were more than your average hotel. Freshly made omlets, pancakes and biscuits n gravy. Each person also receives 2 free drinks each night for happy hour.

Room old. Safe didn’t work. Toilet didn’t flush. Store very limited hours.

The staff was polite. I do love how I got a text asking about the suite. It was just lovely!

Rooms need to be updated old bathroom old chairs everything was just old paid way to much money for a king suite
