Very pleased with this hotel. We had a veyry clean, comfortable and big room, I suppose the bathroom was a bit small but it was ok and spotlessly clean. . The breakfast was very good, most of it home made. The choice was good and plentiful. The location is great, 25 minute walk to St Stevans church, or the U1 Nestroyplatz stop is literally opposite the hotel front door. The staff were helpful and friendly. If you like a drink there is an honesty bar with a small range of drinks or a few bars in the vicinity.

Overall the hotel is good. Great location and friendly staff. I didn’t like my first night as the aircon was locked so I was far too hot and barely slept. I didn’t realise it was locked but when I asked a member of staff in the morning it was sorted out quickly. Breakfast can be a bit chaotic at busy times. There’s a selection of vegan and gluten free foods but I think it would be more helpful if they were together instead of spread out - this would also help anyone with allergies avoid cross contamination. There’s a lot of roadworks going on across the city, including outside which meant my taxi arriving found it hard to get there. Considering that, it was very quiet at night. I would probably stay again if I go back to Vienna.

Great staff. Very clean. Excellent breakfast. Only complaint we have is not hotel fault because the area is under construction, but just little bit inconvenient.

Everything worked out fine and the reason for that was member Bettina. She welcomed us with a glass of elderberry juice, explained everything about the hotel and gave us directions to important places to visit. Her upbeat and congenial personality made our stay so enjoyable.

We had a really good stay here. Good location. 25 minute walk into the city centre, or a metro stop immediately outside, which got us there in about 10 minutes. Also a 10 minute walk to Pratepark, which our 2 teenagers absolutely loved, and we loved that you paid to go on rides rather than a huge entrance fee. Hotel was very clean, our room was huge (we had a family suite), very clean and spacious. And to echo nearly every other review, the breakfast was brilliant. Great staff and service.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in for a long time. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were pleasant and thoughtful. All together an excellent 5 day stay.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Stadthotel, and I have loved both times. They are a family run hotel, but whilst this could have a negative impact due to disorganisation, I’ve got to say the hotel is very well run, but with an added freshness caused by its ethos. I am not in Vienna very much, but if I do come back I will totally be going back there if possible.

We stayed there with our son, 8 years old. Location is very convenient. There ate plenty of restaurants near by and Billa supermarket. U1 line is 200 meters away. From airport to hitel took 35 minutes with teain. You can easily walk the city center from the hotel. The breakfast was great. Allmost all the products are organic. And the variety of food was really good. Staff at the reception desk and at the rastaurant was very helpful. Overall, we really loved the hotel. Prefer family suits at the 7th floor if you stay with your kids.

Extremely clean and pleasant hotel in an excellent location with access to the underground about 5 meters from the hotel. Staff all extremely helpful and lovely. Breakfast was excellent with all produce sourced locally. Good options for vegans too.

I stayed in this hotel for six nights in November of 2023. I recommend it for: the excellent location; proximity to transit; pleasant and helpful staff; clean, spacious, very reasonably priced, well-appointed rooms; the nice selection of reasonably priced wine, beer and water in the in-room fridge; the richly varied, very fresh, high-quality breakfast items, many of which were local sourced and/or organic; the somehow cozy-yet-spacious, well-lit breakfast room; but I mostly love it for the fact that they saved my bacon big-time when my booking was one night short of what it needed to be and they were fully booked. This was totally my fault, but they came through with a two bedroom apartment (for less than what my traveling companion and I were paying for our two rooms!) in a neighboring building, even moving my luggage there for me, with, of course, nary a thing lost, damaged (or even not-neatly folded) and put away just as one might. Imagine how such a blunder as mine could blow your last vacation day completely out of the water and send you spiraling deep down into bummerville and then imagine your hotel riding to rescue without you having to lift a finger. You would love them forever and tell anyone who would listen that it is the place to stay. Lord, I love these people for all of that and give them and their lovely hotel my unqualified and highest recommendation. Long live the Henriette Stadt Hotel, says I.

This place is convenient to the train transport with only about 5 minute walks. There are coffee shops nearby and convenient stores. The breakfast is superb, with different healthy fresh juices. The staff are very nice and polite. Highly recommend this place.

Superb hotel, with very good connection to the train stations, both over ground and the metro. The hotel, was superb, with a welcome drink when you arrived, tea, coffee, prosecco. The rooms are a very good size and you hear nothing from outside on the street. Everything you need in the rooms, including a kettle, tea ( no coffee, so bring your own if you want it), bottled water and some chocolate. Breakfast is a superb continental feast. The majority of the food is organic and locally sourced. Beautiful breads, alpine cheeses, cold meat, freshly squeezed veg shots, yogurt, cereals, nuts, seeds, fruit, pancakes, jams, 4 different homemade cakes and so much more. There is also coffee and numerous different teas ( herbal also) and hot chocolate. The staff are very pleasant and will direct you to the best restaurants, coffee shops, Christmas markets. The hotels commitment to sustainability is outstanding and should be applauded. We would absolutely come back here. Thank you Henrietta Stadthotel and everyone involved in the running of it.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Just a ten minute walk to the cathedral and the old town. The breakfast room is quite small, so best to avoid the busy times. Food was good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a great and tasty selrction.

Lovely hotel. Amazing staff, very welcoming and accommodating. Spotlessly clean and a wide variety for breakfast. The location was excellent with the underground right on the door step. Easy for trips back to for shopping drops. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend.

I loved this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable with luxurious bedding. Breakfast was excellent with most things made in house from organic local ingredients including honey harvested from hives on the hotel’s roof. A major underground station is across the street. I definitely would stay there again.

I recently spent 2 weeks at this hotel and had a very enjoyable stay. I got a room on the 2nd floor -courtyard facing which is what you want as there is a major construction going on the Praterstrasse so very noisy. Room size was great. nice to have a balcony too. wish there had been a microwave and kitchenette but I made it work. lots of closet space and a coat/shoe area was a pleasant surprise and useful. I liked being on the 2nd floor which is also where the breakfast room is so very convenient to walk there in my slippers. would be great to even have a microwave in this space so one can warm up any take out food later on in the day. Also I would recommend bringing your own wash cloth as they do not supply any. I will be back for my next visit next year! staff all exceptional, helpful, friendly and personable.

The hotel is in good condition. Its location is convenient to walk to city centre. The breakfast is good. There is no dinner in this hotel. However, there are a number of restaurants very near to the hotel, which are pretty good.

I stayed for almost a week and loved it. The breakfast was really good and all the staff I met were great. The location right next to the train and within walking distance to a way bigger station was super convenient. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel was such a find! The staff are all so incredible and the breakfast was beautiful. My room was a good size and also had a balcony. The location is great and it’s very walkable. I’ll definitely be back here!

So many little touches. Very green ethos -bees on the roof for honey, home made jam. Eggs decorated. Little pressie as I left. Very pleasant short stay.

Our stay was perfect. Very clean room and exceptional breakfast. I am gluten free and they baked fresh goods for me every morning. The hotel is across the U1 train making it a very convenient location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would love to stay again and we will definitely recommend it. Don’t hesitate and book this hotel!

Hotel conveniently located next to metro for access to city. Superior room clean, good size and quiet as requested. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast OK but no hot options without extra charge. Similar disappointment that everything in room including bottled water extra charge.
