Very nice hotel . In very quiet secluded location

The restaurant on site is overpriced and not particularly goos for dinner

The Holiday inn express had its quality it’s known for, the breakfast was amazing! But we could not secure a taxi and had to walk 20min with luggage to the hotel that was far from everything. It’s great if you have a car, but we did not, and public transportation stops long before the hotel. The staff were able to arrange taxis for the rest of our stay.

Reserved a double bed got a twin bed instead when I asked for a double bed I got a single "big" bed, In fact I got a accessible room with a larger than usual single bed. Hotel is non smocking and has detectors in each room so people are smocking in the corridor. When I complained about the obnoxious smell in my room I got told that nothing could be done... Third night out of 4, my car was broken into and stuff in the trunk got stolen ( nothing was visible from outside). No camera on parking. I left before the end of th reserved trip and didn't get charged for the 4th night. Restaurant is medium. Staff is ok but not really helping.

The staff was remarkably friendly. The food in the restaurant at night was fantastic and the continental breakfast was good as well.

This Hotel has good parking for large vehicles. The man at check in was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi in the room was not good. We ate in the restaurant and the waiter was very good and was also there at breakfast. The man and woman on reception at check out were not so friendly and quite dismissive when we were trying to get Wi-Fi in the reception area. Couldn’t be bothered to help.

The Hotel is nice and clean. The room was a good size and nice. The only thing is the walls can be a little thin and you can hear the people in the next room. The breakfast is good and the restaurant has a nice menu. Everything is a 4 or 5 minute drive or the front desk will call you a taxi. I would definitely stay here again.

Far from the Centre City but we took a cab and it was perfect.

We stayed for five nights as our base for exploring the region and it was perfect for us! Walkable to the old town, staff- especially Luigi, were exceptionally helpful and patient with our minimal Italian. The breakfast buffet had a great range and made for a satisfying start to the day. Highly recommend!

I asked the afternoon receptionist for an external hotel for Dinner his attitude and facial and expression and response made my friends and I discussed and agree not to use the hotel again.

Clean and comfortable. Firm bed and good quality linens. Convenient location with parking and breakfast included. Great value for the price.

Lots of free parking. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean. Large bathroom. About a 30 minute walk from central. Our main concern came at dinner ( if you can go anywhere else for dinner rather than eat at the hotel). The service was so slow we ended up leaving before we were served dessert ( just one waiter for over ten tables). We had the chef recommended salmon steak and it was very bony and was served with cold potatoes. The bread that was served was very old and dry. We enjoyed walking to see the baptistery and the chapel in central. All in all a good place to stay but not to have lunch or dinner

Good clean standard reasonably priced hotel. You need to get taxi into city centre or walk 40 minutes.

The service at the restaurant was poor. There was only one waiter for the entire restaurant and our meal was not brought out at the same time. The room was adequate and the morning breakfast that is included was good.

The staff members at the hotel are very professional and friendly. Elvis in particular patiently helped me by contacting the towing and rental car companies because of my car problem. The breakfast is also very nice.

Nice hotel just outside of Parma's center with all the basic amenities you would need for a few nights. The room was clean and spacious enough. Free breakfast was a big plus.

Very good hotel breakfast time relaxing until 11. Good service. Overall nice experience. I would prefer a bit lower price but overall good value.

Comfortable and clean.

Hotel was clean and breakfast was good. The only down side was that we requested a king bed and we got 2 single beds pushed together, I guess this is very common here in Italy since we had the same issue at other hotels.

This is an ideal hotel for an overnight stop.The rooms are spotless and the beds are comfortable. The staff were courteous and efficient

Nice hotel just on the side of the "tangeniale". the room has enough isolation, so no noise from the tangentiale can be heard, but when you open the window you experiance it is close to it ! This is maybe the only hotel in Parma where breakfast starts at 06:30 ... nice to get early to your destination !! Modern rooms, decent prices.

We used this hotel as a stopover heading north from the Tuscany area, and to visit the Ferrari and Lamborghini museums relatively nearby. It was everything you expect from a Holiday Inn. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The included breakfast was good, and the food in the restaurant was fine. WiFi was excellent. We’d stay here again if needed.

Bad points too far out of town behind a rough looking block of apartments, didn't fancy the safety of car so paid for the underground car park. Air conditioning 'doesn't work' making uncomfortable nights sleep. Restaurant 'closed' -too often these temporary things conveniently save the hotel money....hmmm ,Tricky to find , seems in an odd location

The hotel is typical Holiday inn express located in the suburb of Parma. Five minutes drive to shopping mall nearby. Good breakfast, clean room, free parking in front of the hotel.
