All fine, the stuff was very polite. All clean. In the direct neighbourhood you will find Sushi bar, MC Donald or Burger King Restaurants. 2-5 min. by feet.

Better than i expected, breakfast surprisingly good.
Hotel clean, but tired. Restaurant mediocre, not much else to choose from around location.
Location is out of city on an industrial estate.

These rooms are very functional for a quick stop. This is more motel style accomdation than hotel. Check in was great very fast and overall was what we were expecting.

Convenient with parking. Room was functional and clean but on the small side. Fine if your a couple or single but we have a 9 yr old

First link to map shows it on a roundabout it's not there, you can't even see it from there. It's another roundabout away. This is difficult when you are navigating by yourself.
Arrived 9.30pm , reception just closing, didn't seem happy to see me, booking shows open till 10.30pm. There is an outside book in machine, but was expecting to be in plenty of time.

Really accommodating young man on reception who gave us glasses and ice for our bottle of wine. Clean and well maintained hotel. Very happy, will return.

Staff very friendly. Took our dog with us which was no problem. Food especially good. Very clean room.

Checking in at the hotel was not good it took me 15 minutes to get a key as there is no reception at night apart from that the service for breakfast was great

A basic hotel which is adequate for a one night stopover. The bed was large & comfortable but the room was small and dated. The shower room was a reasonable size with a good shower. Staff were friendly, the restaurant was pleasant & the meal was good. When we arrived and opened the door to our room there was a dreadful smell of drains. We ran the washbasin tap and the shower tap & opened the windows and the smell eventually disappeared! There was free wifi and free parking which was a bonus! I would probably choose a different hotel if visiting Reims again.

This is the third time we have stayed at the Hotel Campanile, the staff are always friendly and helpful. The food is good. Good stop off for travelling back to the UK.

Room was small for a “family triple”. Very little space for bags if you had 3 adults. We were overall satisfied and would stay here again.

The room was in need of updating. The bathroom door didn't shut and the room looked a bit worn. It was clean with plenty of towels provided. The reception and restaurant area was clean and bright and we had a good dinner there.

Hotel very easy to find from motorway it is just down the road to the park and ride which is the easiest way to get to the centre and the cheapest as well. This was explained to us by the very helpfull staff.

This was my first time staying at a Campanile. Don't like it. The room is too small.

For many years we loved the Campanile evening meals. After the format was changed the standard really went downhill and we always had supper elsewhere. We decided to try once more and we were very happy to find that the buffet choice was much improved and the standard of the main course much higher than it has been for some time.

We used this as a stopover hotel. I only expected a descent room. What we got was the the smallest room I have ever seen. We had three guests so I expected a three person room. What we got was a two person room with an additional cot. Walls are like paper the occupants next door might as well have been in our room. I shouldnt have stayed there.

Situated among shopping outlets near a ring road (not the city centre), this is a rather dated motel-type hotel, but the room was clean and we slept well as it is very quiet (also has external shutter). Useful that they also provide coffee & tea in the rooms.

Purpose of the visit was to visit the champagne region. The hotel was very near to the tram terminal into the heart of Reims this included a park and rde facility which was free. The hotel was very good for its links to main motorways. Reims is a beautiful town with lots of interesting sights etc. The surrounding area is well worth a visit with various WW1 sights and of course various vineyards.
