Stayed at this hotel with my wife in mid Nov 2018, very basic small room and facilities on the ground floor , something you would expect from a motel in North America. Room was clean, quiet area. You need a car because the tramway to downtown Nantes is not within walking distance. Nice buffet breakfast for 10 Euros.

We were not there, my mother died but we still had to pay. Hard to rate lost money at such a time.

The staff were absolutely excellent. We were met at reception by Maureen, and she took us through the check in procedure without any problems. She asked us if we would like to use French or English to check in (we chose English).The room was very comfortable and clean, with all the facilities we needed for a one night stay.The meal in the evening was absolutely first class, and the waitress staff were helpful and very friendly.We found the kettle in our room did not work, so we rang reception. Maureen came up and tried a kettle from the next room, but it was the fitting which was u/s. Maureen offered us a change of room, but we were too tired to repack and unpack. Maureen made various suggestions for a cup of tea in the morning, and finally offered to make up a key for the next room so we could boil a kettle in the morning.We did not have breakfast, as we were still pretty full from the evening meal!!Overall we were very impressed with the hotel and staff, and, as we travel through France 2 -3 times per year, we plan to re-book at this hotel in the future.The only slight criticism is the state of the outside of the hotel, as it could do with renovation, especially the outside staircases.

This is a great half way stop for us coming up from The Dordogne. What makes it so special is th beautiful food served in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and theefficiency and friendlinessof all the staff

We stayed in this hotel for one night to break our journey as we were travelling from Bordeaux to Dinan. The hotel room was small and basic, good wifi and a lovely shower for the cost. We eat in the resturant, which was very convenient as it was raining very heavily. Also it was very close to a large shopping centre where we were able to get some last minute purchases.

The hotel was average the restaurant was average, the meal was small for the money, if I stayed here again I would go somewhere else for an evening meal.

Stayed here for one night en route to Spain . Best described as a motel . Very easy to locate . Reception and restaurant are away from the rooms . Very good staff - Efficient and friendly . Food very good both the dinner and the breakfast . The rooms are quiet and comfortable . Wifi is excellent . The only down to this motel is the carpet in the room (11) could do with changing . Patricia in the restaurant was very helpful even though she had very little english . Top marks for this motel

A very clean modern hotel. Access to the car park is a little difficult being hidden by a high hedge and just around a sharp corner on a busy road.GPS co-ordinates would be a great asset on the booking confirmation form.

A friendly welcome. A clean comfortable room. Enjoyed a super meal. Watched an interesting programme about the Pyrenees, inspires me to go and visit. A good night's sleep. A lovely buffet breakfast, fine weather gave the option to sit outside in the garden.

The restaurant was only for meat eaters. The place around was dead on Sunday. The lady there at the restaurant was helpful.

Reception staff helpful and acknowledged that we had paid in full for our stay. Accommodation in separate units with their own front door and you are provided with a code to let you in the car park, which is locked after about 11pm. Very clean and tidy accommodation, comfortable beds, good shower and wall mounted TV. You need to pay 9.50 euros for breakfast and from memory about 20-25 euros for an evening meal if you want it. We opted to eat in Ikea around the corner one day, at 1 euro a head for breakfast. Wonderful airconditioned shopping complex just up the road, contains many bars and restuarants and a very good supermarket, should you wish to buy your own croixasnts (10 for abot 3.5 euros). Would choose this desination again, should I visit near Nantes.

An absolutely superb hotel. Friendly, welcoming staff. The cuisine was excellent, we would give it 5 stars. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pretty far out of town but while the tram terminus was about a 10 minute walk away the journey was another 15-20 minutes. Hotel is a Camponile and you know what you are getting. AC worked well. Overall Nantes was a disappointment.

Compared to hotels we have stayed in before in France we found it very expensive for what it was. The Michelin on line guide has the wrong intructions for getting there which also caused a slight problem! we were not aware that breakfast finished at 9am(shame as it smelt good!) However the bed very comfortable,linen and cleanliness good.

Superb welcome, the staff were very friendly and made it pleasant to stay there. The food was good and resonably priced. Very convenient for the Rugby world cup

This hotel was great value and an excellent place to stay. Room was clean and very comfortable and the staff were most helpful. Would recommend strongly.

Stayed for one night as a family of 2 adults and 3 older children.Good value for money but did expect slightly better cuisine. Very easy to find and convieniently placed off ring road around Nantes.
