One of the worst hotel experiences ever. To begin, when we arrived around 6pm, they couldn’t find our hotels.com reservation and made us wait over an hour before checking in. Then they gave us a twin room even though we had booked and paid for a double. When I went downstairs to the front desk to point this out nicely, they were uncommunicative, rude and dismissive. They switched us to another room nearby which was FULL OF SPIDERS. Oh, and did I mention that the air conditioning didn’t work, the key card system was new and didn’t work, and there was only one restaurant which only serves buffet? Worst night of sleep I have had in a hotel. Please, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. The hotel management here is lax and uncaring.

My husband and I stayed at the Precise Resort Schwielowsee for one night when we were passing through. We came by car, so it was really nice to park for free in the parking lot just outside. Itś a lovely area and the scenery is wonderful. We really liked the room which had a great seaview. The rooms are very spacious with lovely old fashion interior. The beds were big and comfortable, and the cleanliness was good. The staff was friendly, but they did inform about the facilities with we had to discover by ourselves. There's both an indoor and an outdoor swimmingpool. The breakfast was lovely, although there were a lot of wasps and flies we had to watch out for. We highly recommend this hotel for both couples and families.

Nice big room and great location by the lake. Breakfast and dinner buffé was very good. Some minus though: Air-condition was broken in the middle of the summer in extrem heat. Soap in the shower was empty when we arrived and even when we asked them to refill it, nothing happened? Elevator was out of order as well. Over all we had a nice stay.

Amazing and beautiful location. Even the photos online are true. We had a beautiful room with lake view. Since the bathroom was huge they could have put in a big bath tub we only had a shower although that was great. Our weather was perfect. The breakfast was very good. We are one dinner that was a buffet and thought it was also very good. We rented bikes one day from the hotel and enjoyed riding around the lake and town of Werder which is fabulous. Did not try the spa but did enjoy the pool. Wish they had tennis courts because I think that would be a great addition to the activities you can do there. You can also rent a small cabin or larger home on the property. I had no idea. It was also dog friendly which is wonderful for this traveling with pets. It looked very kid friendly too and the parents seemed happy to have their children with them. Would happily return for another visit and will recommend to many.
