Nice, clean but basic. Just what you need after a day at Disney if you're only using your hotel to sleep! Breakfast even had gluten free bread available!

Payed €7 on top for taxes again for 2 days and in the evening there is no parking.

Rooms like a hostel, restaurant and bar closed for part of our stay, shutters on windows like a prison cell, reception staff extremely rude, limited breakfast but close to Disney.

Location was ideal for travel to Disneyland and Paris. Close to train line and supermarket. Reception and bar area looks nice. Decoration in room requires modernising.

Good Service by the Check-In. Very friendly Reception!

The property has a new lobby area which is modern. However, the rooms are not modern at all. They are comparable to an old Motel 6. There is a large desk in the lobby that has a USB plug which is handy, although security asked me to go back to my room when I was working at the desk in the evening. They said I couldn't be there for some reason. Very strange.

Staff is very nice, professional. Breakfast is good. The building, room are very old, bad condition, need a very good renovation.

Bedroom nr reception very noisy with door banging by steps, restaurant. Bed ok and staff good but rooms really dated and decor needs lots of attention

Disappointed with the hotel. Our room was awful. Part of problem was the location of the room. We were on back side of building below ground level near house cleaning and laundry. Was kinda creepy going back there at night time (had to exit back door of hotel to access from near back parking lot). And there was an ashtray station right outside our door for smokers - the last thing in the world we wanted was smokers hanging outside our door talking at night time. The other big issue was the smell in the room. Housecleaning went way overboard with some kind of deodorizer spray - I was hit by the chemical smell when walked into the room and wasn’t able to air it out. Maybe they were trying to cover some other foul smells in the room?? Hard to sleep. Other issue was loud neighbors but I guess that isn’t the hotels fault (other than thin walls). Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Maybe we just had a particularly bad room?? I would highly recommend they ease up on the chemicals in the room. It can’t be good for anyone’s health to be breathing that stuff.

Calm atmosphere, phenomenal staffs all the way. Very helpful and friendly. All always smiling. Well trained staffs too. Hotel close to mall and Disneyland Paris. Close to train station that would take to Disneyland or Eiffel Tower. Delicious food all round. Cleaners always around to keep room clean and change towels. None reluctant to do anything yur! I had a wonderful time yur! Would consider going back there by God's grace though! Thumb up yur! Thanks to all the staffs I came in contact with and those I didn't yur! I believe they all got the same spirit as seen in most. Bless up yur!

THE NEXT DAY WE PACKED ALL OF OUR BAGS TO PUT INTO THE LUGGAGE STORE AND ON OUR RETURN FROM DISNEY LAND WE WENT TO GET OUR NEW ROOM AT RECEPTION AND THEY GAVE US THE SAME ROOM AND WHEN QUESTIONED TO SAY THAT IT ISTHE SAME ROOM THERE REPLY WAS IT HAD BEEN CLEANED. THE BED HAD BEEN MADE WITH THE SAME COVERS AND AIR FRESHNER SPRAYED. APART FROM THE ROOM THE REST OF OUR STAY WAS GREAT.

Clean and comfortable. Staff were a little bit unhelpful. Overall cheap and easy.

Very very poor customer service.. booked room for 3 and room only had one double bed. Hotel said they couldn’t do anything absolutely shocking! Hotel staff very very rude, manager was shouting at us when we asked to sort the situation. Luckily hotels.com moved us to another hotel quickly and easily at no extra cost.. very well done hotels.com, customer service was brilliant!!

Good for a budget hotel

The hotel itself was ok. Rooms rather small but clean. The breakfast for 10 euro's each was appalling. Never pay for the breakfast. Staff not very helpful.

So, I feel as though I have to mention how lovely the staff were. They were so accommodating and friendly and check in was quick and easy. Also, it is a quick walk to rer station just three stops from disneyland. However, the shower in our room didn't work. Also, the location is depressing. Despite its close proximity to disneyland, I feel the deprived neighbourhood isn't a good spot for a hotel. I would definitely stay here again if I was staying with friends, but I'd never stay here again with my son. The corridors were outside and, for that reason, it didn't feel so secure for a child. But it is a cheap hotel, so I guess you get what you pay for. Also, I wouldn't recommend spending ten euros on the breakfast. Far too expensive for what it is.

Stayed only the one night but staff on the front desk were fantastic. Helped us with an issue with our Disney tickets (kindly printed tickets out for us), and allowed us to store our luggage while we went to Disney, as we checked in early. Hotel breakfast had a good selection available, and a nice dining area. Location is good, a short drive to Disney, plus, walking distance (10 mins)to supermarkets and a selection of bars, cinema and restaurants with the Metro next to them.

The staff were very ignorant the hotel was very basic room was clean we tried to book a taxi and was told it would be between 50 and 70 euro then on the last minute were told it would be 120 so we tried to cancel giving 4 hours notice and they wanted to charge us 50% of the cost

Myself, my partner and friends went to Disneylany for 4 Days. We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and it was fantastic! 15 Mins from Disney, clean rooms, fantastic showers, beds and Aircon! Would recommend to anyone! Great price too!

Horrible hotel, dingy, dark and in the awful area. It seriously needs refurbishment, cleaning, staff do not care. One of the worst I stayed in my life. If not for the hotel we would have a lovely trip to Paris with friends and children. I just wish we stayed somewhere else more decent.

Good and clean but triple rooms are a bit smaller for 3.

We arrived only to be held u by 2 hours after our check in time, due to the fact that our room was missing a third bed! Kettle was broken so no cup of tea on arrival and the room was too small to hold 3 beds, despite the 2 hour wait to put one in in the first place. The electric and heating went 6 times over the first evening and no apology was ever given for our inconvenience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I enjoyed every minute of my stay. Extremely clean hotel, love it bc am a clean freak! Very straight forward to locate, 10mins walk from Torcy station. Close to shopping centre with British stores in it H&M, JD SPORT, BURTON, TOYS R US, a very massive store called carrefour (like tesco) where u can get grocery if u need to buy. There's Chinese restaurant in there too. I ll definitely stay in Campanile again when next I go paris. Thanks hotel.com!

Good distance from Disneyland and Paris. Only issue is that it's a 10 minute walk up hill (and with suitcases not that fun :)

The room location was next to the parking lot which was very noisy when ever a guest is coming or leaving. At dawn a loud generator kicks in and room service has a noisy cart on wheels that adds to the mix. Room service is also limited, if you miss the first round no room service after lunch.
