Great value!

I had intended on giving a better review up until the last hour of my 2 day stay here. We were packing up and getting ready to check out when my son yelled from the bathroom that there wasn't any toilet paper. I had seen the maids outside so went to look for one to get some tp, but could not find any of them. I did see one of their carts sitting there, though, so I started to grab a roll off the cart when the desk lady came at me all sideways asking what I was doing. I explained to her that my kid was stuck on the toilet and I just needed some tp. I've stayed at more hotels than I can count and I've grabbed whatever I've needed off of the maid carts many times-asking 1st when possible, telling them after-the-fact when necessary. No one has EVER treated me like I was some kind of thief for it! Trust me, I'm not trying to steal your cheap ass toilet paper! If I were, I would've taken the entire bag of it rather than stand there trying to untie it to remove one roll!! Very rude! Also, there were no towels in the room at all so the morning after I checked in, I asked for some. They happened to have 2 in the office but she told me she'd have tje maids bring me some more when they came in. They never came. Asked for them again the morning of checkout and they told me it would be a couple of hours. Umm...I have to check out in an hour??? Dried off with a tshirt. Other than that, the hotel was surprisingly clean and a good value.

We booked a pet friendly room, apparently on a separate building from the main one which was unrenovated from the main building. Very dirty with multiple bugs inside. Smelled strongly of cigarettes even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. We stayed for all of 5 minutes before checking out and staying somewhere else. Front desk was thankfully understanding.

Room was dirty, bad smell. One towel for 4 people because of shortages of towel.

Well... It was very dirty and smelt of cigarettes. Floors had debris and the walls had hand writing in various places. The toilet was unflushed and appeared to have some white fluid on the seat. Missing heat lamp bulb, holes in the ceiling. No towels to boot. The next door unit with our adjoining door seemed like a long term resident emitting a strong smell of pot smoking. It was late at night after a very very long drive so we showered and went straight to bed in our clothes. Fortunately we had our own bedding and slept on top of theirs.

Our room was very stinky and not very clean

First smoking room was dingy and stunk terribly. They moved me to non smoking an it didn’t smell as bad. Terrible motel an crappy facility.

Rooms have ed bugs. Cleaning staff are on fent. No towels, toilet paper or soap in the room. Lots of fent being made and used, street walkers and inhebriated construction crews around the property.

I checked in and checked back out. I would like a refund. I left to the Marriott and paid double for the stay. This place was nothing like in the pictures, there were bugs on the floor and bed. The room reeked like cigarrette. The toilet bowl and seat where awefull. I would never ever stay at this hotel again.

They really need to deep clean their rooms. I felt like the room I had was lived in for awhile then the person moved out and they did a horrible job at cleaning it. The smell that hit me when I opened the door was horrible. There beds are on a metal frame, the mattress was thin, the sheets were stained, no towels, and no blanket on the bed. I would and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

No towels in the room. Walls were dirty and carpet was stained. No outlets near the bed.

Most hotels r&r stands for rest and relaxation, not here this hotel it stands for rats and roaches. You tell the staff about it and they don't care. I even had found a litter of baby mice and took them to the office and they did nothing about it. Avoid at all cost

The staff is amazing they have gone out of there way to make sure we have what we need thank you Shantel ,Clara, Ellie,Aaron,Shanena,Jacque and the rest of the crew

I like staying here because the price is just right

I live here. I live way out in the middle of no where. I technically live in Kingman but imabout an hour from there. Sometimes i want to go out and eat and drink, and not drive. The staff is always friendly and very nice!!! If you want the Hilton go to the Hilton. If you want a great place at a great price then go here

It’s a place to lay your head for a night but not recommended for a long stay. The room was not good we had found some hair in our bed and some spots were dirty like tables, lamps, shower (thank god for Lysol wipes & sprays) so not worth the stay the front desk lady was very nice though but be careful when you stay too many locals

There were no towels in the two rooms we got. The place was dirty. No lights in the room worked and lightbulbs were missing. Horrible experience.

Great place been coming here for a minute

Despite a reservation there was no room available for us when we arrived. After confusion we were given a room “that is not usually rented out.” There were no keys, so the clerk let us in and said “don’t lock it if you go out!” The room was musty, dirty. Windowblinds were warped from sunlight and could not be closed for privacy. Water came out tub spout but not to shower head. We went to desk and said we would not stay. The clerk insisted we stayed “for over an hour” which was untrue, and would not refund our money. We were charged the agreed Expedia room rate plus an additional “fee.” Total fraud. We slept in our car as rooms in the entire town were sold out !!

Is convenient when you need to stop in the middle of the road trip, very nice staff. But the AC doesn’t work properly and even the blinds were broken and they didn’t give us a solution, we finally got a towel to covert.

When I arrived the police were questioning the hotel clerks about one of the guests that was pounding on doors while in his underwear. Not too concerned as crazy people are unpredictable and no fault of the staff. However in my room which I don’t think was properly cleaned there were two trash cans and both had trash in them. The bed appeared to be clean and tightly made. I was traveling with pneumonia and needless to say extremely tired. In the morning I noticed there was no tissue or towels of any size. When checking out I notified the desk clerk and she said that next time I could notify them and they would see what they could do?? I won’t be back
