Clean, modern, comfortable room. 30 minute walk to Mont Saint-Michel. Wifi works well. Very happy with my stay.

Nice location and beautiful view from the balcony.

Stayed one night while visiting Mt. Saint-Michel. Check-in was across the street at the larger hotel but very quick, and easy. The building itself looked forgotten – old hallway, with chipped walls – but the room was clean and comfortable. I had an issue with the drains (do the sand in the region) and had it fixed within 15 minutes of calling the front desk. Reliable service and super convenient access point to Mt. Saint-Michel.

Don't fall for the "bay view" scam and don't dare to pay extra for it. There is none from your room. The hotel is perpendicular to the Abbey. The restaurant has the view, not the room. We paid extra for a "bay view room" and got a "wall view" literally. The lady at the front desk/ check in was not very helpful, had to ask for the Manager (twice) who tried to help, but not enough (there is no "bay view" and refuse to give us any credit/ excused himself based on total occupancy of the hotel, but we made our reservation well in advance, so there is no excuse for what happened. Moreover, you do not sell what you don't have. The only good thing of this place is its location. However, keep in mind that there are other hotels in the area with the same good location. In a future trip we will not stay at this property nor recommend it. (And yes, there are flies in the reception area!) For it own good, Hotels.com should review the hotel offering, you are deceiving and risking the trust that we put on you as you are selling a product that your supplier can't deliver. This is meant to be a 3star hotelNo record of our booking on arrival I had to ring the hotel 3 times before any one answered the phone twice I was given the wrong code for the barrier the corridor is badly in the need of a new carpet and a coat of paint as was the door to the room We had a drink down stairs in the bar area what a total rip off a pint of beer cost 11euro I most certainly won't be going there again

Hotel La Digue is located near the land bridge to Mont St Michel. As with all other hotels in Le Mont-Saint-Michel, the situation with the parking space is a bit strangely organized. We got a code that didn't work, so we were told to just take a ticket. This in the end lead to a 28 euro parking rate instead of 9 euro which is the normal rate of a code. We just paid up anyway, because it's such a hassle to get back to the hotel from the parking space. The entrance to Hotel La Digue is a bit tacky, with large red letters. There is no receptionist, you have to go to the nearby Relais hotel to visit the reception there. We got a code to enter the Hotel La Digue. Inside we found our chambers, which were in good state and were nice. I have no complaints about the rooms. The downside is that in my room at least I heard some machine during the night. I'm not sure what it was, but it was a bit annoying. The breakfast was excellent, and we had a great view of the Mont St Michel from the breakfast room. Hotel la Digue also has a restaurant, but we only had drinks there. We ate at La Rotisserie, which was a nice restaurant nearby. Keep in mind though that in Mont St Michel the restaurants only open between 7 and 9 pm! Very, very strange. On the Mont St MIchel fortress island itself the restaurants are open longer though. All in all the hotel experience was ok.

Perfect location, friendly staff, would stay again

The location is unbeatable. We could wake up in the morning walk 50ft outside and be on the dam for a gorgeous sunrise on Mont St Michael. The rooms were typical affordable european rooms so pretty small with small beds compared to typical American rooms, but it was exactly what we needed. It was a 30min walk across the bridge to Mont St Michael or the shuttle bus stopped RIGHT outside the hotel and runs frequently until late. You did have to call the day of to get a gate code for entry to the park, but they sent an email with instructions on where to call that morning and it was easy to follow.

Wonderful location!! Great Breakfast. Bus stops directly across the street from the hotel to the Mont!! Just wonderful property. The young man that checked me in was just GREAT!! Wow exceeded my expectation.,,,

Excellent location. This hotel had a view of the Mont and was right along water. Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, large room for a Euro hotel, and good WiFi. Only downside was no A/C (which is not unusual) but also no fan in room.

Very nice location, walking distance to Mont-Saint Michel. You can also see it from the restaurant. Nice and comfortable rooms. But wish there are air conditioners in the rooms.

Cannot get any closer to the monument - located on the water - get rooms with water view! Restaurants, shops, market, free shuttles all near the hotel. Comfy rooms - no air conditioning but windows can open (cool at night) and no problem with bugs - great location. Nothing fancy as far as the rooms - no lift or elevator for luggage, but nice items in bathroom and appropriate decor. Very good breakfast with a view. Biking and walking in really nice area - excellent views of the monument. Parking is 6.50 euros a night but worth it to avoid the crowds - need a code to get in the area.

Well located with a comfortable bedroom. However bathroom was cramped with a sink that didn’t work and broken toilet seat. Breakfast was adequate.

Great placement of hotel for Mount St Michel right at the start of the board walk and with a shuttle bus stop over the road. Parking was a tad confusing as to which gate and which parking lot we were heading for. A better map would go a long way to solve this. Staff were all welcoming and helpful. Room was tidy, not massive, but the balcony was lovely on a hot afternoon. Breakfast was good with lots of options and with a view of Mount St Michel.

great location, small rooms with lots of corridor noise, and strange sounds from the shuttle busses from early morning, I found the bed to be uncomfortable (very hard)
