Nice

Upon checking into the hotel, I found the front desk staff to be unwelcoming and rather abrupt. My family and I stayed for five nights, and throughout our visit, the housekeeping team was consistently unfriendly and seemed quite grumpy. The cleanliness of our room left much to be desired, as the beds were not made properly. The only real benefit of this hotel is its location, just a quick 10-minute drive to the premium outlet. Unfortunately, reaching any other destinations takes at least 45 minutes to an hour.

We had no hot water for 3 days, making it a very uncomfortable end to the day when it’s muggy and hot out. We were not offered any compensation or even informed that the hot was wasn’t working. We called the front desk multiple times before we were even able to reach a staff member. The pool was FILTHY, you could see and smell the scum around the edges.

Room was clean. Friendly staff. Easy access to highway 401.

We were there for nine days, so breakfast choices were very limited and the choices didn't change, the waffle maker was suppose to beep when done, it doesn't and cause the waffles to burn or over cook, the bacon was very wiggly, but that might just be my preference of how well done i like my bacon. The best place to get breakfast is this place called "stacked", loved it and it was close by. The first night we were there, when we got up in the morning, we found a bug in the bed, just casually crawling over the pillow, we captured it and brought it downstairs to the reception, they knew what it was immediately and changed our floor/room. we never saw any more bugs during our stay. i used the laundry facilities - washer & dryer, it only takes canadian dollars and this place doesn't honor the exchange rate for the machines, $4 washer 30 miutes, $4 dryer 30 minutes, and you have to pull the door to the dryer up to hitch and close, but it gets really hot and drys everything really good, i did two loads, cost me $16 USD total, should of cost me $11.57 CAD but due to not honoring the exchange it was $16 usd

If you need to be in Milton for work (highway area) this is a great choice. Clean, quiet, easily accessible. Free breakfast is basic but gets you going.

The property looks ok but the equipments are dated and often don’t work. The breakfast ran out of food and drinks. The elevators acted up during the last day of our stay. It was disappointing.

Great room, clean and modern. Ran into issues using the elevators, they were really slow or just not coming... had to press the buttons several times.

Very nice extended stay. Front desk was friendly and professional. Breakfast was the usual eggs, potatoes, baked beans, meat, waffles, etc. Our room was upgraded to a full suite so very roomy and comfortable. Hotel located in a very convenient location and felt safe.

They offered breakfast everyday. Nice area around the hotel for walking.

Breakfast seems disorganized

The only thing that would have been better for our stay was adding bacon to the breakfast available and maybe include dinner options on the premises.

Do not book here. The booking and billing system is a scam. They double charged my credit card for two different stays and will not refund the money.

Everything was fine. Nothing outstanding. The ice machine was broken on the 3rd floor. Had to go up to the 5th to get ice. Elevator button would not work to go up from fourth. No big issues- just ok. Breakfast was average.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast left something to be desired.

The ambient noise level in the room was at 66 dB measured by my phone app, due to the buzz of electrical machinery noises in the building. It was next to impossible to sleep. Give this place a hard pass and stay somewhere else.

The breakfast area was disorganized and a bit dirty. Plates and napkins were often empty as were the fruit bowls. Everything was sticky in the waffle and pancake areas and could use a good wipe down. The "sausage" smelled bad and tasted bad. The rooms were nice and clean though.

There was an odor as soon as you walked in the hotel. Initially, our room was dirty. Switched rooms and it was a little better but one of the dirtiest rooms we have stayed in. In addition, the fire alarm went off at 8am and was still going at 11am when we checked out, however, staff advised we could stay in our rooms.
