As always very clean and quiet

This is the third group to run the property over the last year. There are some problems with it but I believe they pre-date the current operators. The current people are young and involved. It is obvious that they want to improve the property - the service is already great, the staff friendly. So, my critique is honest and constructive, I hope. 1) One thing I would do first, would be to put up a carport, covered parking, open sides, in the parking lot, opposite of the rooms. Then put solar panels up. Check with Feds and the State. Both have programs subsidizing climate mitigatiom 2) Get electric brooms for the housekeepers. They are lightweight, easy to use and will do a better job than brooms can. 3) Change the faucets on the sinks. Or turn the water valves under the sinks and open them up more. All the hotels upgraded the bathrooms with slick counters, fancy sinks that look like bowls, etc. Most of them use faucets that are too short so the water pours all over the counter. Then the pressure won't be strong enough to get a good stream of water. Very difficult to rinse out anything. 4) Everything in my room is loud. The bedside lamps, the refrigerator, the fan and the light in the bathroom. If I use the microwave, two lights go out, the ceiling can light in front of the window and the lamp next to the fridge.

I'm having an extended stay here. I've been here for two weeks & plan to be here another month. For the most part everything is fine & my dog feels comfortable also. Housekeeping is good... not great. The only complaints that i do have is; There is no screen in the window. The door jam is not sealed properly, insects/roaches could easily enter the room. And this unit is right near the big garbage bin.

Suppose to be the room was clean but soon my daughter take it off the shoes and started walking immediately her foot was super dirty.

Great stay, very friendly and caring. The rooms are nice and quiet as well as clean.

The time we spent there was much better than the place we stayed and paid almost twice what we paid here.

Who doesn't like a motel/hotel/Holiday Inn with a donut shoppe (I say that because they open way early) you can walk to and I think the make their donuts onsite! The donut was like biting into a cloud! The location was good and you can walk to grab a bite! I would recommend!

I love staying the staff are very friendly and accommodating. AJ has a great attitude and cares about the guests. Rooms are clean and quiet. Recommend this place to everyone!

Nothing

The workers and hotel were ok. Our fridge was dirty and had garbage inside. The bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned so toilet was really dirty. Other than that no complaints.

Good area

It was clean but old. Had to ask twice to get the tv working.

It's under be ownership, so they are trying to improve it, but they stopped serving breakfast, and the oil hasn't been fixed

Clean rooms

The room was pretty cleanand nicely remodeled in some aspects. The staff were very friendly. They used to serve at small but nice breakfast when it was the quality Inn, but since it's been bought outthey only serve coffee.

Property maintained very well. Rooms are clean and staff very friendly. The location is great near a marina, historical park and a variety of restaurants.👍

The room was large and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Good deal for the price.

Overall it was a good stay are only issues was the fool was disgusting all of are foot would turn black minutes after touching are hotel room fool just seemed like it’s never been mop before other then that everything else seems good the workers where very nice

It's dirty, and there's roaches now

Dont like they wanted to charge me for shampoo. The pools been closed for months and he tried to blane it on the city for not signing the petmit.

We never got to stay there. We needed to cancel the day of the reservation. Our fault but I wish they would have refunded at least one of the rooms as a good PR move. It looked like a nice place. The clerk was considerate, but the manager made the decision. It was out of Hotels.com hands.

The washbasin is blocked, the washing water is full, and it is not cleaned. There is no shower gel and shampoo for bathing, only one bath towel. Too bad!
