Very relaxing and beautiful hotel. Had such a wonderful stay here. Property was clean and staff were so friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much of an ask for us. The concierge staff helped booked excursions, grab taxis and always did things with a smile on their face. Olivier at reception was so funny and always made us laugh and feel at home, he was one of our favourite people, thank you so much for making our stay so special. Bar staff were lovely too, and the cocktails they made a great! Best cosmo I’ve had in a long time. Breakfast was a HUGE range. Fresh pancakes made for you, big buffet to choose from. All round brill experience. We stayed in a villa with a hydro tub. Beautiful views and the villa was gorgeous. Housekeeping kept the place very clean and room service was prompt. I’d really recommend this place as a relaxing place to stay, and if you want a bit of peace then you would be good to book here. If you want to be in the action, there are closer hotels by the beach, but we didn’t mind waking the 5 -10 mins it takes to walk down. Taxis are cheap too if you want to go further afield

Absolutely stunning property (compared to other hotels nearby who look like blocks of concrete), warm and attentive staff (special thanks to Gabriella and Francesca), beautiful room and great facilities (many swimming pools, gym, spa, exercise classes etc.). Cannot recommend highly enough

This is a fantastic hotel. All the staff were professional and kind and went above and beyond. The food was excellent in all the restaurants and we enjoyed evening drinks in the lovely bar. Yoga and Pilates with Francesca and Isabel were a perfect start to the day. Excellent classes. We will definitely be trying other VINCCI hotels. Thank-you to all staff.

The best service I have ever had in a hotel. Starting from the welcome to the hotel, the gentlemen greeting us took our car to the parking and offered to take our bags to the room, then we got offered a glass of champagne and we were taken to our room. The staff in the breakfast and pool area where so attentive and making sure to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They always greeted us with big smiles. We took this trip to celebrate my husbands birthday and I did not mention anything about it but I guess they saw it in the passport and made my husbands day extra special with a surprise cake and champagne with a note in our room. Talking about the room, if you are still trying to decide if you should book the Villa, please do not hesitate. It was definitely the best decision we made. The views were amazing and we had the opportunity to use the jacuzzi though the stay, beautiful sunsets in the jacuzzi 😍 We will definitely be back to Vincci Selección La Plantación del Sur! Thank you very much to all the staff for making our stay this amazing! 🙂

It has been amazing experience. The service team are friendly and prompt. We were given welcome spa for free, and the spa had beautiful view. The other 4 pools are nice too. Walking distance to the best beach in the south. The only one thing can be improved is the variety of the food.

The staff was nice and friendly, the pool area is great, the food was very good except one evening when they had American buffet.

The second best hotel I ever stayed on. The service was top class. The atmosphere was relaxed and very friendly. The rooms are big, especially the superior rooms. The buffet evening menu is great, and with fresh food. I will definitely come her again.

The property itself was gorgeous. The cleaning staff at the resort were amazing. The reduction in stars is due to the check in process and the lady that checked us in. She was so concerned that the suite we were in was being occupied by two people instead of just one, even though I provided proof that I booked for two. She made us feel very uncomfortable. The bell staff brought us a glass of champagne each while the lady was hassling us over the reservation and never brought the glasses of champagne back after being asked to wait until after we completed check in. After the check in debacle, we toured the facility. When we inquired about the restaurant’s hours of operation, we again were treated rudely by the restaurant staff because we were not dressed formally. After over 24 hours of airline travel (with connections), I felt that the treatment was uncalled for by the restaurant’s staff. I refused to eat in the property’s restaurants because of the treatment we received the first night after check in. The breakfast selection was very good and the orange juice was delicious.

Fab hotel, great staff, excellent accommodation- position of live entertainers not great if in bar area but standard of entertainment good. All in all we’d definitely stay again ❤️🩵

The staff at the hotel are amazing! They were very nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the food was amazingly delicious with lots of variety to choose from. We will definitely come back when we are in Tenerife

First impressions at the entrance was, this doesn’t look 5* and in truth it wasn’t. The guy greeting us was very nice and really helpful if anything was 5* it was him. I found the hotel looked grand but tired. Very big comfortable bed room was clean but still old and tired feeling. Went to the pool with my 3 year old daughter and found very little space to move around with so many full sound beds packed way too close together. The pools were ok at best, the sides were not anti slip so my daughter slipped at least 5 times which made me decide to change hotels the day after because a 3 year old wants to stay in the pool all day and get in and out, I found it too dangerous to relax. The buffet for dinner looked mediocre so I took the option of the steak house, it was very nice and reasonably priced. Entertainment at night was terrible as there was a less than average singer who packed up quite early and no entertainment for kids. 5/10

My partner and I are from tenerife, booked 1 day only, for aniversary. Hotel is incredible. Superb. Great staff. Very good trained staff, plenty of service, facilities for eldery pax with reduced mobility, next time i bring mother in law and unkle and my mother Greetings Fabiola and Marco

A fantastic stay in every capacity, including a particularly clean room, excellent staff and an outstanding breakfast. I would highly recommend it!

The staff were incredibly helpful. There was a small issue on our first day but Luz and Petra were amazing and resolved any such further issues. They both went above and beyond to ensure we were happy even though we only had a very short 2 nights stay. We are hoping to rebook for longer in December. Big thank you to Luz and Petra.

A lovely hotel in a perfect location close to many amenities. Staff are all super friendly, food is very good and the facilities are excellent, such as pool areas, gym etc. special mention goes to the sisters running the kids club, the kids adore them, and the activities they run are varied and entertaining for the kids. Will definitely be coming back

The staff and service is excellent. The food was fantastic. It would be my first choice of accommodations if I’m in the islands again.

The adult only pool was too warm and children used it when they shouldn’t have. The buffet was uninspiring. The fish restaurant had no ambience and a poor menu. The meat restaurant was lacking customers , had a better menu but no specials and the same menu all week. At lunch it was excellent. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. The hotel is concentrating on half board customers using the buffet. It would be nice if they ramped up their evening restaurants and then encouraged more people to use them. Booking the restaurant was clunky going back to reception. There were always spare tables and yet you could be put forward from the time you wished to book.

Just returned from an excellent weeks stay. The entire hotel is of a very high standard and exceptionally relaxing. Good pool areas and poolside dining. In our experience all the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Our room was spacious and had excellent sea views. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were heaven. Buffet food was themed everyday and there was a wide variety of choice. We tried the Meat Grill restaurant for a change (half price for half board guests) however it was a little disappointing. Overall an excellent hotel and I would certainly recommend it for a quiet relaxing holiday. Just beware that it is situated on a quite a steep hill so going for a gentle stroll could be a challenge if you’ve got any mobility issues.

6 night stay in April. Fantastic hotel. Lovely staff, rooms great, comfy beds. The hotel is up a hill but if you like walking then its a good daily workout. Very good value for money. Would definitely return.
