Amazing breakfast & the woman in charge of this was very pleasant unlike every hotel I’ve ever stayed at. She made our mornings start off right. Very spacious room! Plenty of space to move around especially since we had numerous bags. Looked nothing like the room I selected but after a couple of hours, I forgot all about it. Amazing set up! - Bathroom did NOT have an exhaust fan. It was very uncomfortable having to take a poop knowing either myself or my woman guest had to smell the aftermath. It filled the room and the windows were sealed shut. - Carts for luggage/bags weren’t available. When I asked the greeter at the front desk her response was, “Yeah… we don’t have but maybe 2. Hopefully it’ll show back up within the hour.” She seemed bothered that I even asked. - 1st time ever staying here & the parking was very poorly relayed. We figured it out by speaking with other hotel guests how to go about it. **Overall, for the price I paid for 2 nights, with the accommodations & bad service, I would’ve expected 1/2 that price for my stay. Might not return but I do understand that people might not always display the best version of themselves but they have to keep their composure & professionalism representing the company. I was just hoping for a better experience for my 4 1/2 hour drive back to my hometown for the first time in 10 years.

Got there late only to find they had sold my prepaid room. Cancelled my reservation and walked me to another hotel that i had to pay for. I assume my refund will be forthcoming

Great location for food and sightseeing. Room and bathroom were clean. There was a tub. Would have liked some more toiletries. Glad I brought my own for a bubble bath. Front desk folks were friendly and helpful. Will stay there again if in the area.

The location was perfect, and it was very quiet during my stay. You say there’s free parking, but you don’t have close to enough spaces for everyone if you have a full house. I was handicapped and had to park outside of the structure much longer walked to the Elevator and the Sidewalk was not level. Also found a spot on the carpeting near the bed.

The hotel is conveniently close to downtown and the park and trail by the river. It is nice and well kept and breakfast was good. Our room on the first floor facing the street. Next time we’ll ask for a room on the back

Property was great. Breakfast very good. Only problem, I used contactless checkout and did not receive an email receipt that I was told I would receive.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed. Close to all amenities. The staff was wonderful hotel was clean. Planning to come back very soon!

Room and property was clean, comfy and updated. Staff friendly and helpful. Had a nice selection of breakfast choices which changed daily. Loved the location near historic Main Street, the Katy Trail and other entertainment and a short trip to St Louis attractions.

The BEST stay I've had on all of my travels. The staff are over the top amazing. Breakfast was great and we had the whole pool to ourselves for an hour or more. Complimentary coffee and cookies in the lobby. Wish i had a bed that great!

The area is very safe We took our grandchildren and they like the pool and also the rooms. Treat you like family

Close to Main Street shops and restaurants. Room was spacious and clean.

The property is a bit tired. We had a king room facing the highway. The bed was good but the road noise was terrible so we did not get a good rest. A/C was good. It was a good price for our stay so can’t knock Raddisn for that.

The hotel is really nice, breakfast was good, friendly staff. The keycard system is worrisome , small things deactivate the card. The pool needs an upgrade.

Very nice and close to historic St. Charles

We enjoyed our stay. Located right on Main Street, we had quick access to the Main Street shops and restaurants!

Everything was excellent. Only issue was that the thermostat in the room did absolutely nothing. The room was set at 70. I turned it down to 65 the first day and it went up to 71 and stayed there the remainder of our trip even after I lowered the thermostat to the lowest it would go, which is 40.

Within two hours of making my reservation, I realized that the date was wrong. I called to change the date and was told I would be charged for the wrong date as well as the the correct date. I cancelled my reservation and refuse to ever use your services again.

Great stay for the 4th of July. Easy walking distance to all the holiday activities. Highly recommend.

I’ve stayed here numerous times and it never disappoints. Walkable to historic downtown St. Charles and easy access to the Katy Trail. Can’t ask for more!

Beautiful property. Clerk at check in was kind and helpful. Room was clean and neat.

The hotel is in easy walking district of historic Main Street St. Charles. Parking was convenient. I liked they had an underground with lots of large parking spots. Our room needed vacuumed by the entry way. It was clearly not done as someone's bobby pin was on the floor and a few other large particles of unknown somethings. I did a quick check of the rest of the room and found it all quite clean otherwise so I wonder if the cleaning cart might have been there and they missed moving the cart to vacuum the entry area. The street noise was loud till about 11pm. The walls are thin and neighbors showering, talking and flushing could be heard. The heating/air conditioning did have a thermostat in the room but no matter how much I raised or lowered it, the room continued to get warmer during our stay. We tossed and turned at night due to it being warmer than we would like in the room. I did eat the breakfast, the eggs were delicious. I saw there was sausage also but skipped it. Lots of fresh fruit and juices and bagels and English muffins.
