Very clean room and friendly staff. Basic room but was perfect as a base for us to explore Nice and Monaco. The room had a safe and staff also allowed us to store luggage in a locked room after we checked out before our late flight home which was a god send. The hotel is really central location. It's about 5 minutes walk from the train station and about 10 minutes walk to the nearest tram stop.

They cleaned the room every day and changed the towels. The room was comfortable and spacious.

The only good thing about this hostel style hotel is the location next to train station and the relatively ok, but old AC in the room. The praise worthy stuff ends there. Unfortunately, in this place professionalism and services are limited to minimum. As a customer, you are not really taken into consideration and it shows in a lot of aspects of staying in this hotel. There are about five 20 year old guys who hang around the lobby watching youtube videos, make video calls, chat to their mates, sleeping on the lobby sofa and they barely even say hi to the hotel guests (paying customers). It took me a while to understand that these people actually ”run” this place. This gives out a very unprofessional and unlikable feeling to this hotel. The style of the hotel is hostel style - everything is run down and there are no amenities in the room with odd unprofessional A4’s printed papers on the walls telling the customers what is not allowed to do. There is no kettle, no cutlery, no shower gel in the room. The rooms do not look at all like in the pictures (seems like the pictures were taken 10-20 years ago in their best room). Just for one thing to point out that there are for example holes in the bathroom door. When I arrived the room was so hot I could barely stay inside. The room is very small and nothing like in the pictures. The wifi is unstable and you need to log on with your information everytime you want to use it. Hotel needs some serious love and care. Cannot recommend.

Location of this hotel was perfect if you want to explore Nice. Right next to the tram station which can take you to the main attractions. Room is tidy although tight but we didn't stay in our rooms that much anyways. Only downside are the breakfast options, not included with 10 euros per person per day and offers very limited options.

I booked a normal room but they gave me a loft room which is low ceiling and has a 1.6m high beam in the middle of the room - my head accidentally bumped onto the beam for several times during my two nights of stay. In addition, the WiFi was extremely poor - I couldn’t normally use WiFi at all.

The room size was fine, there was no tissue box in the room or washroom. No hair conditioner or lotion in the bath. The elevator was very slow. We ask the front desk to book a private tour for us since people didn’t speak English mostly and difficult to communicate over the phone; we we’re advised that our driver was a tour guide too but he was not also he could communicate in English!😡that caused a lot of confusion! overall not very memorable experience .

What spoilt this trip was the noise that can be heard from adjacent rooms and those above. Can’t wait to get home to sleep! Great location though.

The price is not worth you paid for this kind of the hotel

This hotel is in a good location - walking distance to the beach and old town. Also very close to Nice Ville station, meaning you can easily get to other towns. The hotel itself is fine. Pretty basic but we personally were not spending much time in the room itself. The walls are very thin and all through the night we could hear the people next door chatting. We also were told there was nowhere for us to store our luggage when we arrived earlier than check in time as the luggage area was full. The cleaners also walked into our room without knocking at 9am. The facilities are basic but if you want a good location hotel, then I would recommend. Staff at reception were nice.

Good value for money, location is perfect if you need to use the train to go to nearby towns but Rue de Paganini’s can be a bit dodgy at night. Very good coffee shops nearby and just two min walk away from the main shopping road. Room is clean and well equipped with hair dryer and air conditioning but bathroom could do with an update. Mattress not very comfortable. WiFi is very weak and didn’t work one day

Saint Gothard Nice Is amazing, everything were so perfect, the reception are very nice and kind, Nice is a place deserve to go again.

Good location walking distance from train station and the beach. It was noisy but I think that's status quo for the area. Nice rooms!

My family and I had a lovely four night stay at Saint Gothard Nice. It was situated well for the shops and the public transport. Excellent value for money and would definitely stay again.

Room was small but most things were provided. No kettle for tea or coffee though.

The hotel was a block to the trail station , 2 blocks to the main street of Nice . Kind of noisy ,not a great area , toilet seat was broken , bathroom vent fan banged all night . the workers at the front desk were good and the people we went with ,said the 12 euro breakfast was good. The bed was fine . the shower was very small ,I don't know how a big person would get in. The hotel had 3 stars on the door ,go figure . I wouldn't stay here again

Everything was fine. At some point in the night the toilet began to make an offensive smell.

It was clean and central. Bathroom could be 15 centimetres bigger.

Everything was great, wish we had booked a balcony room. WiFi wasn’t the best however it kept us off our phones which was a good thing.

The room has strange smell all the time. The shower closure is tiny and hard for one normal person to use. Also it leaks water outside no matter how careful you are. Front desk is very friendly. Location is close to train station

Great location right near the train station so you cam go to Monaco, Villefranche etc, and also close to the main shopping street, 15 mins walk from old town and the beach. Shops, restaurants and boulangeries nearby to. You can walk everywhere from this hôtel. Hotel was renovated, looks modern. Rooms are a bit small but clean and good value for money compared to everything else in Nice. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear tv from the other rooms or people talking but people were respectful and kept noises to a minimum. Staff are friendly and accomodating. Id recommend for a city break.

Quite disappointed with one member of staff who refused to help. Also, the room had a balcony and once, the door was left open by the cleaner, which means all of our valuables could have been stolen.

I was extremely happy with this hotel. Excellent value for money. Location was perfect being close by to the train station and main shopping street in Nice. The man on the front desk was friendly and helpful and spoke/understood English. The room itself was small but that was fine. The room was also spotless. Only thing I would mention for those that are light sleepers, I could hear the lift when it was in use which I think light sleepers wouldn’t like (fine for me though). Overall an excellent stay!

Close to the main area and also really close to the train station which was key for us. Rooms were nice but on the smaller side. Bathroom is small but we enjoyed the hotel and its location!
