Handicap accessible room had tub with handrails. Not accessible walk in shower. A shower seat blocked the door creating a hazard if a disabled person on walker or wheelchair tried to enter bathroom. Sofa was worn and cushions were obviously no longer supportive. A disabled person would not be able to get up if they sat down. I would not consider an ADA room.

Bed was stiff but, everything else was fine

We've stayed at this location several times before and everything was fine. This time was the total opposite. It took 30 mins to check in, the shower handle was broken, the gym was closed, there was no syrup at breakfast, the whole place was under renovation, but this wasn't disclosed until at the hotel. Nevertheless, the price per room was still the same. There were disgruntled customers all around us. It was not a great stay at all. We stayed there because we were tired. It would've been nice to know about the renovations ahead of time so to know what to expect, I felt mislead.

Good stay but was charged by hotel chain and hotel.com. Hopefully, hotel chain will reimburse.

At check in, they asked if I had a preference on which floor. I asked for the top floor so it would be quieter. They also asked if I needed handicap accessible. I did not. They put us on the 1st floor by the pool exit & laundry. It was pretty noisy. The shower was for handicap. Extremely low shower head. I had to hold the shower head to get the top of my body & to wash my hair. Just awful! I would not recommend this hotel.

Very clean… enough towels. Quiet stay no door slamming. Great coffee. Friendly staff.

Lady at front desk was very nice and sweet

Our stay started out with issues ss our first room was dirty. Our feet immediately turned black walking on the carpet, the fridge didnt work and there was an exposed m/damaged outlet. The bathroom sink was clogged and there was a used feminine product akready in the bathroom trash. Once we ket the fron desk know, Mike, helped assist us and made it right. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy moving forward. The breakfast was not bad at all, average hotel breakfast, but the area was clean which we appreciated! Our stay in the new room we were given was much better, but, wven with Mikes great service, we just cannot say we would stay at this particular hotel again, but I do not think its the worst option for thise on a budget. A get what you oay for mentality. Overall, thanks Mike, you made our stay not 1 star worthy. -side note the hotel was under construction and the gym was not available due to that.

Overall a good stay for one night. The suite next to us set off the fire alarm at 6:30am on a Sunday morning. Thankfully we didn’t need to evacuate. Breakfast was good and the room was clean. My only complaint is that we were in 201 next to the stairs so after the fire alarm went off there was several people who went up and down checking on the situation and the stairwell door slams loudly every single time!

The lady at the desk for swing shift was so nice when we checked in. She was polite and made sure that if we needed anything just to let her know. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were decent. The hotel is going thru renovations so I’m sure it will be better once completed

Older hotel, staff was very accommodating. Most staying drove a diesel pick-up and started them warming up about 4 AM. Breakfast was nice, clean and what you expect. We had a very late check in, called ahead and she greeted us like she knew us and had everything ready, which was nice. As it was 2AM. Close to all services, shopping, gas, restaurants.

It was very close to where I was for work. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.

Breakfast was good, and service staff too. The only think was the bed sofa the mates was unclean, with few spot of stain, we didn't have extra sheet in the room at the moment we went to the main desk for more. Other than that overall they stay was ok.

I've been staying at this hotel for over 10 yrs and have never had a problem with bringing my pets. upon arrival i was informed their pet policy changed July 1st and my family was unable to stay. we had 3 other family members that had rooms at the hotel and they were able to stay because they didn't have pets but stated the facilities had gone down hill. rooms were dirty, and pool was closed, they wouldn't even allow them to just sit outside by the pool. Needless to say after 10years of loyalty we will no longer used this hotel ever again. And they only gave us a refund for 1 night instead of 2

Was nice

Closet smelled like wet carpet or urine. Top floor near the end of the hall had a toilet overflow so the hallway smelled the whole visit. Breakfasts were good and evening cookies were nice. Staff super friendly.

The rooms are very spacious, with enough space for all 5 of my family members. Big breakfast and super clean. I have been told they will be starting a remodel in the next few months. Will be staying again. The pool area does need some work.
