It was awesome.

It was decent. Needs to be updated. I don’t like that they charge an extra fee for housekeeping and more towels for a five night stay. They charge or we can wash and dry the bedding and towels to avoid the fee. It’s vacation, I don’t want to do laundry. Garbage piled up outside our door on our last night.

We had a fantastic stay! We unfortunately had to leave home due to the effects of Hurricane Milton. This was a no brainer. The resort was relaxing and the staff was wonderful. My children had a blast and it was the first time they have smiled in a few weeks with the two hurricanes. They enjoyed kids daiquiris by the pool and playing in the arcade. The room was so spacious and the deck was amazing. So much room for my husband and I to hold our meetings. This was our second stay at this resort and it was great. It is less than a 10minute drive from downtown Disney and they even provide transportation to the parks.i got a voucher to use the spa but i never got to use it because it was closed. Maybe next time. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

A great place to stay. Two heated pools and two hot tubs. Frankie Farrell's has excellent food and service. Free bus transportation to and from Walt Disney World. Great location.

We had a problem on check in day with finding many tiny ants in our room. When I went to the front desk, they were very willing to find us another room within minutes. Super helpful and friendly.

This was a fantastic place for a family to stay. Free parking and coffee. A great apartment with plenty of from, a washer dryer and a dishwasher. Lovely pools and friendly staff.

Pleasant experience, great area. Will definitely visit again.

The rooms were perfect and front desk staff were also wonderful

The stay was a total disappointment to say the least. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and furniture is very old And needs to be changed. I have stayed at this hotel before, but never have I had this experience. The closet door wasn’t put in properly and fell on top of my mom. We had to Put it aside and not use that Closet. There were stains on the chairs, the sheets not properly cleaned. Hair that looked like pubic hair left on the showers. We found several bugs inside the unit. The Cooker was very deteriorated and broken. One of the rooms the door wouldn’t close at all. I sent an email to Hotels.com the first night, but they had never responded. By the second night, we decided to stay at my house who lives in Orlando. I kept calling from the room to the guest services and no one ever answered. Seems as if the phone didn’t even work at all. I felt embarrassed as I was the one who picked the hotel And I let my whole family down. To be honest, it was a safety hazard. This hotel is not As it seems, their Quality has decreased and all sense of the word. If someone could get back to me, that would be great As I have tried reaching over the phone and nothing. Overall, One of the worst stays. This was the downfall of our family vacation. So sad

Room was in pretty shabby condition. All table surfaces scratched up, shower moldy beds hard. Small pool jacuzzi jets not working. Stepped on glass by chair in pool area.

Was a great place. Rooms could use a bit of upgrading. Also, could use decent kitchen pots and pans. But as expected for rental condos! Would stay again! Pool is very nice! Staff was very helpful!

Really nice stay for the price. The arcade game room was not great - many of the games didn’t work, but still ok for a 4 yr old. The Irish restaurant was convenient and the little convenience store too. The room was nice and clean. The pool was nice, but the ship is just a slide for bigger kids, so my little one was bummed she couldn’t go on it at all. There’s no actual access on the top of the ship like I had thought.

Had mold in my room and small bugs in kitchen

To start when we arrived, i was trying to check in and a woman i assume to be the manager interrupted the guy that was checking me in to talk about some issue that was going on. Didnt apologize for any inconvenience. We get our room key and head up to the 11th floor but need to use my own cart as there were no luggage carts for us to use. We enter the room and we immediately not satisfied. I felt the room was not cleaned well. We found hairs on 2 of the beds top sheets, there was a vacuum cleaner in the closet, which was weird, and the master shower needed cleaning, the place itself seemed run down and it was disappointing as i read all the reviews before i booked the room. Also another fun fact, there were no usbs in the room so my husband and i had a tough time charging our phones, and no alarm clock or phone in the master room. It was becoming evening and my kids wanted to swim so i put aside my dissatisfaction to go to the pool. Well when we arrive to the pool, it was FILITY. Looked as though the pirate ship was falling apart. I delt with the filth in the pool bc my kids were having fun. After swimming we head over to the irish pub which was a nice dinner, then my kids wanted to go to the arcade. We arrive at the arcade and quite honestly your hotel should be ashamed to call that an arcade. More than half the games were broken and my husband lost $1 in one of the games but there was noone to tell so we also delt with that. Needless to say I WILL NEVER stay here again!

The transportation had odd time like home from Sea World so we had to drive and pay $60 to park the reason I picked this resort was the ability to shuttle to the parks. We enjoyed the rest of the resort and pool was nice.

Pool was fun for kids. Liked that they had restaurant t, convenience store and arcade (though both exchanges were out of tokens and there was no attendant -night time). Clean and nice view.

I recommend this hotel ;)

Very nice hotel with great amenities and space for the family. Swimming pool with pirate ship was awesome. Kids loved it will be coming back.

Great friendly staff, knowledgeable. Close to everything and the outlets had great shopping.

1. The pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was pancake thin, and came with 2 sheets and 1 blanket. 2. The ceilings fans all have panels that look droopy/falling. 3. We had to clean the tubs before use 4. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall with the nails barley hanging on 5. On the last day house keeping came into our room prior to checkout without knocking. We had family still getting dressed and it was a very big invasion of privacy. 6. The room sleeps 6-8 and they provide 6 towels. We asked for additional towels at 10am. 4pm we had to call and ask again. We were then told it was a $10 fee due to “no contact” rules, and that if we needed extra towels we had to request laundry detergent so that we could wash our towels. This makes no sense. If you have 8 ppl , why would we need to do laundry daily so 2 people can have a fresh towel? This wasn’t communicated until 6 hours after the original request for towels. There seems to be a lack of urgency, lack of communication and a lot of made up rules due to laziness. We will not be staying here again and will stick to Marriott properties where extra towels aren’t an issue & they respect privacy.

Very nice place to spend time with the family

Lake Buena Vista was top notch for our vacation to Orlando! Very clean property with a lot of convenient options nearby for dining and shopping. The kids LOVED the pool area. Frankie Farrell's restaurant was a fun place. Good food and good vibes. But what i loved most, was the staff at every touch point was extremely friendly, helpful and cared! Definitely would recommend!!

It was very outdated. Washer didn’t work properly. We found a roach.

Properly was nice and clean. Staff are amazing. If we go back to Orlando definitely will stay on this place. Overall it was a great experience for my whole family.

The rooms have enough space but the they sure need remodeling very bad, the internet was very poor, they bed room furniture was horrible the Tvs are very old and small! And the hole time i was there (6 days) we never got to see the tv because it didn’t work….. over all the experience vas poor and i would likely not return
