On arrival.abit confusing to find room.room lovely and big. Great shower..great layout busy but no probs finding beds. Lovely staff expecially victor.well looked after. Great cleaners spotless. Also wonderful location. We willbe returning.

Great location, very clean and even though very close to the main strip it was quiet. Only problem is towels on sunbeds without people. The hotel should remove them if unused for an hour.

Stayed last year and liked it so much we came back this year . Disappointed with room outlook was at back which was a dumping ground for old pallets , tiles , paint tins etc.Had to contact receptionist as room not cleaned for 3 days so no clean towels or toilet paper.Apart from these issues room was very nice and location perfect

One week in early August was fine. Plus points were location and the A/C which was amazing since the week was 30-38 degrees. Not a fan of sun beds round the pool but farcical to see people there at 6am. Cleaning was ok as was the general apartment decor albeit a little dated. Been in Del Carmen many times and cockroaches are not unusual but had 2 or 3 to deal with most days. Large gap under rear door I felt they were getting in. More routine maintenance to plug gaps may be useful tho it’s pretty hard to stop them.

A couple of things to begin with. I had to ask for a safe to be put in my apartment 3 times before it was installed.
The kettle was broken but got another fairly quickly.
The main problem was that people hogged the sun beds. Towels were out out very early So was not able to get one at all.

Our rating might be a little a little unfair as the resort was due to close for refurbishment 5 days after we left, but I can only speak as we find (we were NOT aware of this when we booked, but that's on the Hotels.com website not the resort). Had we been aware we would have chosen a different location. The apartment looked in need of a big facelift.

Pretty good and commensurate to the rate paid. Property was clean but could do with an upgrade. Grounds well kept. Beds could do with a comfier mattress.

It's is an older style aparthotel. Some of the rooms are tired in places but the place was always spotless.
Pool area and gardens were really nice. Location couldn't be better.
Overall considering the cost per night it was good value.

Not a hotel I would want to stay for an extended period, say more than over night. It is a little tired, rooms are very basic. Bathroom could have done with a re-do. especially around the shower a bit of Cillit Bang goes a long way.

the hotel was clean comfortable but internet was a joke even in the office area could not connect to my work email or internet in general !
the phone bars was also weak so difficult to work !

I stay here for usually one or two nights when playing in poker tournaments at the casino which is just opposite the property is excellent for my needs and location is superb. It’s clean and friendly and perfect.

The hotel is right in the center of Puerto del Carmen which is the epi-center of British and German tourism and in my opinion the most depressing part about the island. The resort itself was fine, keep in mind that this is an apartment so they do not provide you with shampoo, soap, toiletries of any kind. As a single traveler my room contained 4 double beds, none of which were even remotely close to comfortable enough to sleep on. Do not plan on the wifi working outside of the reception area either which was incredibly frustrating as almost nowhere on the island has wifi either as you are out exploring for the day. The staff were however very friendly and accommodating in any way that they could be.

Lovely terrace over looking pool. Lovely pool but cold in January. Large spacious rooms & bedrooms. Bar is a bit basic but nice friendly barman & good snacks. Lovely gardens & kids pool. Spa looked great but we didn't go.

Stayed here a couple of times, but room this time was very dated. Right at the back of the complex and had a barking dog from resident opposite, which made sleeping a nightmare very noisy

Lovely area, very quite, didnt get room with view. If i go again I will request room with pool view. Overall the staff were helpful.
