I was unable to stay at this Hotel I tried just getting into the parking lot and waited over an hour for a space and had to leave. Apparently they were having a wedding and there was no available parking They should set spaces separate to events and guest Very unhappy!!

Clean it looks beautiful

The first room we had, the AC was broken. took some time, but we received a free upgrade to the jacuzzi suite. the jacuzzi was great, but the wallpaper is peeling and stains on the ceiling. Most of the hotel smells like old cigarette smoke, and my wife's comforter had cigarette burns, and mine had a blood stain.

Definitely outdated!! Nice for cheap quick stay but that's it. Only get about 5 channels on the tv. The blankets had burn holes even though I had a non smoking room. There was dust everywhere and the bathroom was not great, also had weak water pressure.

No food vending machines were bad

Horrible place to stay. Nothing good to say about this place It should be knocked down or at least condemned.

Old run down hotel more like a motel. Terrible smoky smell. Outdated furniture rusty hardware wallpaper peeling off and more… Poor Customer service

The property looked dusty and unsanitized. I requested to cancel my stay. The hotel staff asked me to cancel thru Expedia. However, Expedia's automating system had me waiting on the phone, and had no one addressing my issues or returning my call. I spent the night at a different location.

Very Clean; But --- Since there was a banquet, parking for guests became impossible

Because my wife forgot her ID at home they did not want to honor our reservation. Took a lot of arguing, calling the boss over the phone, etc. until this was finally resolved. Stay away, poor , run down property anyway.

We needed a place to crash for the night. It was OK.

We arrived late in the evening and there was no one at reception. We had to call a posted phone number and wait for the person to arrive. When we got to our room, we found it had not been cleaned since the last person. Blankets and pillows were on the floor, and the lights and TV were on. We had to go back to reception and call again to wait for the person to return and give us a new room. The second room was made up, though the bathroom was not totally clean, there were some stains on the wall, and one of the locks on the door was broken. In the hallway there was also a very large wet spot in the carpet that we had to walk through to get to our room. Water literally came through the carpet when we stepped on it.

The furniture in the room is old and outdated. No microwave in rooms only in the main lobby no refrigerator in rooms. But I must say the beds were clean and the bathroom was as well. But for the price it was ok.

The jetted tub is called such instead of a whirlpool bath because, while it has jets, they do not work.

I'm usually not very picky about where I stay, but this was definitely the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Rooms and hallways were all extremely filthy and every ounce of the hotel smells like concentrated cigarette smoke. All of our clothes and items smell like cigarettes just from being in our own hotel room. Every member of the staff that we interacted with was extremely rude and unhelpful. This whole place is straight out of the 1970s and feels like it hasn't been cleaned since then either. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra few bucks to stay ANYWHERE else.

Ive paid for a weekend Jacuzzi suite. Jacuzzi in room 203 didn't work so i called the front desk who said someone would be arriving to "take a look". That someone never arrived. These people should make sure everything works before renting it. Also you only get very few TV channels. Besides that everything else OK.

I requested online to have a microwave and refrigerator, which was not in my room. I did have to ask for that and several hrs later those were given to me. When I took a shower the first day and grabbed one of the folded towels, some type of string with hair fell out, so I had to use a cloth to dry since I wasn’t going to use that. I stayed in the room with the jet tub but sadly the tub would constantly drain even with the switch up. The noise was very loud and the jet themselves were cold water which wasn’t too relaxing and I was disappointed. The heat and hot water took a very long time to get hot, and even when I had the water all the way turned to hot, it was sub par. The phone in my room did not work no matter who I tried to call. They didn’t have any plastic ware which was kinda surprising seeing as they have a restaurant in the hotel. One of the elevators ended up breaking down. As I was leaving the hotel and got onto the eagle, a roach or centipede like bug crawled from the second level area, so that made me think about if there was more. Overall. I would say my stay was ok. Hotels in general are pleasant, but I was disappointed with the service and not meeting to the needs it should’ve had regardless of my stay.

Second night, room smelled horrible. (like asscrack) The carpet was sticky... when I left all my stuff smelled like that too..ugh.
