Good location & average breakfast. The big dude, I believe his name was Alberto at reception is a rude racist. Prior to my stay I called the hotel up about a query and Alberto had no customer service skills he put the phone down on me several times and was not willing to help me out over the phone.

Not close to the city, expensive food, areas around are not for tourist, not laundry facilities.

This property was great, hotel staff were nice and breakfast was awesome!

Needs renovation which shows everywhere.

Our room reservation has a free bottle of wine. But none was provided until we asked for it at the reception desk. The shower head was terrible. It must be extremely old because the only shower settings that were working were either the strong jet stream or the barely there mist. Otherwise it was a decent hotel with a nice European breakfast.

Had a really nice stay, the staff were really polite and helpful especially Christina. The hotel is located near a metro station which makes it easy to travel around Milan. The breakfast options were nice and the room was clean. The only thing was the light switches in the room were hard to figure out at first but we asked the cleaners for help and they politely helped us. All in all a very good hotel with very nice staff in a good location. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Situated in a very safe area. Transport convenient to city centre and outskirt by train.

Staff were superb ,very helpful ,area outside hotel needs cleaned up grass cut etc Room good needs updated ,all in all good place to stay ,great transport links .

The room kettle did not work but was resolved on being pointed out. The safe did not lock and required nw batteries. There was no glass tumblers or porcelain cups but rather flimsy plastic glass and paper cups for hot drinks. I requested additional coffee sachets and tea bags only to be told go to the bar to buy. Room was too hot overnight as air-conditioning was not functioning.

Excellent hotel, nice rooms very clean, spacious and modern. Nice pool and breakfast and good location if travelling into Milan. Area around hotel was okay but not many places to eat out.

It was a good hotel to stay except for bath tube it was too narrow to relax. Everything including breakfast was perfect.On scocond day subway was stopped on the wayback to hotel from downtown we were very confused we tried every train come in to get on but every subway refused. We had no choice to come out of the station and waited bus for 2 hours at night. Bus did not come and I asked an Italian to take taxi together and she arranged Taxi and at last got back to hotel. It was a really frightening thing for foreign travellers.

Good hotel, location close to metro is helpful. Grumpy checkin at front desk. But others were helpful. Room was noisy due to air conditioning system???

This hotel is great walking distance from station. The hotel was clean and staff were great. Breakfast was delicious. The only thing that could be improved was the air conditioner. It was very hot when we.were there and despite the air con on, didnt cool the room down

The location was close to public transportation, it was easy to get around. The buffet breakfast was good, always fresh. Swimming pool and sauna on property. AC was okay because it’s set on medium temperature. Overall it’s not a bad hotel.

First family trip to Italy - and wanted somewhere we could get to all our chosen destinations easily, by either car or public transport. The location of the Abacus was ideal for this. Sesto may not be the prettiest of places, but it’s real! Felt as though we gained more from seeing some of the real culture, rather than staying in a resort or specific tourist area. Cannot fault the hotel for cleanliness and service. Yes it’s a little dated, but it’s clean, comfortable and offers great value for money!

An excellent property near metro station. Each member of the staff Is wonderful and they are always willing to help the guests to make your stay memorable. We really enjoyed our stay here and would surely come back. The room was very good with comfy beds. The staff at front desk, at bar and at breaKfast was very good and we could see they love what they do. This property should be five star property in my view. I have stayed here in past as solo guest and this was my second time here with family. The breakfast was amazing with lot of variety. Since this property is next to metro station, you can reach centre of Milan easily. I would highly recommend this property. You can be sure you would feel like staying in a 5 star property. You can’t go wrong if you book your stay with Abacus hotel.

Hotel is nice, rooms are clean so is the restaurant . Patio can use some love. Location is great super close to train station and subway. Neighborhood is meh.Stayed there for 3 days . The guy who made our stay special was Gianfranco the bartender/server working at the bar downstairs.Super friendly and hospitable . A treat rare to find in Italy nowadays unfortunately.Owerall a good stay in Milan if you want to avoid downtown.

It is very close to the metro, it takes 30 minutes to the city center by metro. Their breakfast is very good. There are decent restaurants around. price performance very good

Hotel location is very great as it was just 10 mins away from the airport but hotel itself is very old and the area around the hotel is little shady. We just checked in and purchase indoor parking (as it was additional 10 euro) and didn’t go out. The room was made good but there are flies inside the room may be because of the weather and we spot 2-3. Overall it is pit stop type of hotel for an overnight stay and don’t expect more than that.
