This hotel was rated as excellent, nothing about it was terrible but certainly not excellent. Very old looking facility, bathroom dingy but not dirty, old carpet in rooms. Elevator was broken before our stay started and still out when we left but staff was proactive and moved all bookings to 1st 3 floors to limit inconvenience.

Our stay was good. The condition of the place was older and in need of repair in areas and up dating over all. The biggest the in need is the elevator. It broke down while my wife and I were in it and we feel we got out just in time. We made it to the 3rd floor when we checked in. But later got in to go to the 1st floor and it moved only a little after making very load straining noises that scared us . We pushed the open door several times and the door opened we moved about 3 inches down. We took the stairs and I reported the incident to the desk clerk. The next morning the fire alarms went off and when leaving the hotel the now different clerk said it was the elevator. They did post signs on the elevator doors. I don’t believe anyone was hurt.

I have been to this Best Western before and enjoyed my stay but this time I did not. The room did not seem as comfortable or as clean.
The employee that checked us in was very friendly but the rest of the employees I encountered were not. The experience and service were not worth the money. I will not stay at the property again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good, close to Walmart, Target, many restaurants. Safe and quiet. With regard to housekeeping, you get only the services you request. I don't consider this ideal, but at least you know what to expect, and the one time I did request a service, I got it promptly.

Pool is small but for an older place it's kept up nice and was clean.

We needed a quiet place to rest after a hectic 2 weeks and it was very quiet and comfortable.

The older gentleman that checked me in was so sweet and nice!! Only thing i didn't like about this property was i wish the bath towels were softener LOL but that's me being particular!

It was rated 9, but there was a roach in the room, and the elevator smelled of smoke. It was right next to a “spa,” and a couple was passionately making out on the front porch when we arrived.

It’s a bit dated, but clean enough. Very convenient location to a ton of restaurants within walking distance. Safe and quiet spot. Staff was friendly. I will be staying here again in the future.

The main breakfast option was the same every day of our 5 day stay - scrambled eggs, with either sausage links or patties. And Fox News blaring. Aside from that, the location is convenient, easy parking, room was comfortable. One light in our room was out, with a bulb on order - not replaced during the stay.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was semiclean. The downside was the traffic noise and the fact that the loudest truck was parked right outside our window. Are room was next to the workout area and someone likes to workout at 6am with "Eye of the Tiger" playing loudly.

The staff was wonderful. Room was clean just not very comfortable. Had a funky smell, sheets were very thin and had some stains on them. Beds were kind of lumpy. Towels were thin and very scratchy….we didn’t even shower because of it so I can’t speak for the shower and how it was. We were only there for about 7 hours and just needed the room to sleep so I was glad for that. Would not stay here again.

The staff were great professional & helpful. The bed mattress was bumpy & squeaky. The office chair had the covering peeling off which was not very sanitary. This office chair should not of been in service.

Very disappointed. TV not working, clothes from previous guest on floor. WIFI not working. Shower very slow. Towels very rough. More like a one or two star hotel.
