The hotel itself was great. Very clean and the staff was very friendly. I put a 3 stars because it’s advertised on Hotels.com that there is airport shuttle service. This is incorrect. The front desk informed us the shuttle service stopped in February 2024 and Hotels.com will not remove that feature from the listing. If you’re wanting airport shuttle, they do not offer it so beware when booking.

The listing on Hotels.com said it had an airport shuttle. It does not. I had to pay almost $40 to get an Uber for my morning flight. Please update the listing.

It was extremely noisy. Doors slammed all the time. It requires more sound proofing. And the traffic noise was above many of the freeway hotels I have stayed in

Room was good and clean, however by the time we arrived late evening there was no parking left so we had to park it a short distance out on the street - not too much of a concern. Reception was also adamant that we hadn’t paid so they charged us again and we had to stay up till 1.30am talking to Expedia to get it resolved, which it ended up being fixed, but was one thing I preferred not to have to do.

Very good 1 night stay. Check in was fast at 9pm. 10 minute drive to Sacramento airport SMF. Gas station right by hotel to top off rental car.
Hair conditioner container in shower was empty.

We stayed at this hotel because of the sole reason it was supposed to have airport shuttle. Apparently we weren't told the shuttle service to the airport had been discontinued months prior. Spending an extra $35 for an Uber wasn't in my budget. Unfortunately you have to go to all links before actually purchasing the room to know exactly what you will be receiving for your hard earned money.

I am not sure why the guy at the front desk charged my sons for 2 toothbrushes when it is supposed to be complimentary. (I asked the front desk next morning). They still put $10 extra on my hotel bill for 2 toothbrushes. We were literally next to Walmart.

Room (king suite) was spacious and comfortable. Well-appointed. No issues with housekeeping and breakfast was also really good.
Docked a couple stars:
1. No airport shuttle. which was advertised. I even called the hotel to confirm this, twice. I was in town from the east coast for 48 hours for a wedding with tight planning/sched, and this cost me an additional $100 in transportation fees.
Please stop advertising the airport shuttle if you cannot provide it!
2. I requested a receipt at checkout. Common practice for me, whenever there is a deposit on my card for incidentals. They promised to email one, or print one while I waited for my cab "because their reports were running." Understandable .... but I never received either one.
Really nice hotel at this price point! But lack of shuttle and receipt not good.

Property close to SMF , quiet area, accessible to highway 113 into interstate 80. Staff was attentive and needs were met immediately.

Traveling with family we requested adjoining rooms and a roll away cot. We did get everything we asked for; rooms very clean and staff very pleasant. A bit more than I wanted to spend but the stay was very comfortable. Nice breakfast included.

I did not end up staying there because the shuttle was being serviced and I needed a shuttle to the airport in the morning. So I went next door to the Holiday Inn where I enjoyed a good night sleep in a clean, nice room. The shuttle arrived promptly at 4:00 AM. Next time I’ll just book directly with the Holiday Inn.

The room was beautiful with the pillars. The beds, pillows and comforters were comfortable. The mini fridge kept making weird noises. Other then that if my elderly mother liked it, then this hotel gets a ten out of ten.
