The bathroom walls by the toilet needed cleaning. However the beds were clean and comfortable which is the most important thing!

Everything about our stay was very nice. The girl that checked us in was very friendly. She greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. She explained where breakfast would be served and the hours. Our room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfy.

Amazing price and worth it. Staff was really pleasant and it was just a great experience. Im really happy I found somewhere to stay that was so affordable and clean.

Right off the highway and easy drive to various wine and bourbon trail stops. Easy drive into Louisville. Staff are nice and accommodating. We had our room cleaned every day without asking!

Overall good clean with friends staff

A/C and highway noise marred an otherwise pleasant stay. This hotel is located right off the interstate which is convenient in some ways, but better noise insulation would be appreciated. There is nothing but a gas station in the immediate area, so no restaurants or stores nearby. We were only here for 2 days, and chose this location based on its location between Lexington and Louisville. Overall, not bad for the price for our requirements. Staff were very nice.

The tvs didnt work tbey dont tell u about the 200 dollar deposit whem you book the room.. the customer service rep was rude as hell about the deposit the cut breakfast off at 8 am instead of the 930 like they advertised it was a poor hotel for the price we paid very disappointed i recommend staying at the hilton instead of comfort inn very dissatisfied

The room above me had some one that did a lot of walking and it aggravated me. The sound of the foot steps and squeaking floor.

Was not expecting to have to put down a deposit of $ 200. I stayed here before without Expedia and put down no deposit.

They had a friendly staff and clean rooms. The tv needed an upgrade, you were limited what you could watch without the smart apps. It was convenient for our traveling, and easy to find.

Property is in a quiet town out away from things. I read a lot of reviews and several were right on. Hotel looks as they have started or tried to do some updating. Bathrooms are not hideous, but not great either. Carpet is kind of old. Floor 2 hallway had a weird smell. My air conditioner is old and quit both nights. I had to tap it to get compressor to kick back on. Its literally a hotel. By that i mean if your looking for a fait price for one or maybe 2 nights it will get you through. Not somewhere i would stay for a long trip. The staff seemed nice until i ask them to change the sheets because i found some kind of stains on them. The pool is nice but kind of small. And the towels in the pool area are like hand towels.

Check in and out was smooth and quick. Staff was so friendly and helpful and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. Will stay here again!

The Lady at the front desk was very nice. I had ordered the room on line. She gave us our key. We got in our room and the tv remote would not change channels. I call and she came to our room, she went and go a different remote. We had tv. What were the pillows on the beds???? They were not bed pillows! There were plenty of the small pillows. I sleep on one and had a sore neck the next morning. We went to bed the second night and I put the small pillows on the second bed and sleep without a pillow. The bathtub Needs to be cleaned and a bath mat or stickers on the bottom, very slippery. We drank coffee that as in the room on day one. There was 1 cup and 1 coffee left for the second day? Really??? I paid for my room and thought we would get more cups and coffee. We used 3 cups and 3 coffees.
