This was such a fun hotel!!! The room was beautiful with a great view. It’s right in the middle of EVERYTHING! The eclectic vibe and lounge were amazing. The staff were all so helpful and kind. Perfection all around!

The staff here was so amazing! We felt welcome from the moment we walked in. This hotel was perfect! The air conditioning worked really well, and we were able to control it from our own room, which is always a plus for older women. It’s location is right in the center city, close to everything. With clean rooms and quiet quarters, what more could you want? Bravo! We loved it.

The entire experience at The Ross was amazing! We were warmly greeted and provided helpful information about the gardens and castle. The room is gorgeous, bed comfortable and the bathroom is perfect with the deepest and longest bathtub! We ate in the Labe for breakfast, everything was delicious and the service staff were warm and kind!!

The Ross is a very nice, modern, upscale hotel with wonderful staff. We stayed at another hotel in Killarney that had more Irish charm feel/character which we prefer. Location was very good and no complaints; just not our preferred style of hotel.

Really nice hotel that appears to be run very well and is up to date. We received a complimentary upgrade into an amazing room that, despite facing a busy road, was extremely quiet.

Location is excellent! Easy to get to town, shopping, national park, just about everything. Room was clean and comfortable. Amenties were great and hair dryer was provided. All staff members were attentive to our needs and reception provided great directions for our visit.

Beautiful hotel and good price, centre of everything & parking was fantastic across the road in their sister hotel Killarney Park Hotel, in which we enjoyed a beautiful meal and drinks there also.
Breakfast in Pollys downstairs was very nice.
All the staff were super nice. We definatily be coming back here again.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in. The food is outstanding and all the staff were professional, helpful and friendly. We were there for four days and didn’t want to leave. I particularly wish to thank Mauve, who made our breakfast each morning feel like we were with family. Thank you everyone.

member of the staff we encountered went out of their way to be of service. Wished we had spent more time in Killarney and not jumped around Ireland so much. Circle of Kerry and National Park are georgeous places to visit.

Killarney was the highlight of Dublin, Cork, Killarney, Galway, Dublin trip. The Ross was VERY nice, I would definitely stay here again. Great Staff, nice room, solid 9.0

The Ross Hotel is lovely and in a great location in Killarney! Great breakfast with a great staff. The front desk was wonderful in helping us navigate our day. The room was nice and comfortable. The only criticism I have is the shower is small and square. I would definitely stay here again!
