Amazing hotel, lovely view and brilliant stadig! Best stay!

The only thing negative is that the a/c was not up to par for a 5 star hotel. Aside from that the hotel met all expectaions. The manager, Dominico went over and above what was expected. Also , all the people at the desk , especially Ida was great. Also, shout out to Simone the bartender at the pool bar🙂

The hotel is lovely, the sight is beautiful, breakfast with very good taste, and all personnel is very nice, polite, knowledgeable, provided excellent service. I felt very pampered by everyone at the hotel. Thanks and congratulations!! When I come back I will definitely stay in the same hotel!

I love this property! The staff is amazing. If you are worried about being too remote from Sorrento, the train is a few minutes away and is just 10 minutes to Sorrento. One of the highlights of our vacation!

This place has a lot of potential! It is at its most a 4-star hotel and this is why. The do not utilise their beautiful space, when you enter the facility there is a square space not filling any function. Here the hotel could add sofas for a luxurious check-in, work with flower arrangements etc. The pool is another MUST FIX, it is just not maintained, and this really drags down the hotel experience. The staff is friendly, but when you have a sommelier lecturing you on national Italian beer when you ask if they have any local/regional beer listening must improve. The attic rooms are the best, the others really must improve (they are dated). Reception-service is great, and shuttle services are nice! The beach is a 10min walk down, and sooo cozy! The hotel should partner up with the beach clubs!

The location of this property is a convenient train ride away from main sorrento square. Very far from amalfi coast. Very difficult to get taxi or book excursions if not done in advance. Hotel staff were nice but not that helpful when it came to getting transportation/trying to book something to do. Breakfast Included option was nice. Hotel in quiet location and standard rooms are very small. If you’re looking to explore this is not the place to stay.

This hotel was just fabulous. Booked after reading reviews for our party of 12 to celebrate a friend's birthday. We had a wonderful five nights here. The staff at breakfast, at dinner and in the bar could not have done more for us. The rooms aren't huge but are very nice, downstairs rooms with a small patio particularly lovely. Spectacular sunset views from the pool and the terrace and the bar. Absolute highlight was breakfast. We will definitely be back.

Excellent! The staff were amazing, the food superb and the hotel incredible. We haven't been abroad for 3 years and decided to treat outselves. We picked right! A stunning location with views of Vesuvius and the evening sunset while having dinner. Train station less than 10 mins walk for easy access to Sorrento, Pompeii and Naples! Free shuttle to the marina below the hotel. Would recommend and come back!

Excellent honeymoon stay. Outstanding service by Gennaro and Ida in reception. Great pizzeria (even if not managed by the hotel itself). Breakfast was delicious and with a superb view. PS: next time you do an on-boarding service training, please invite your Director. It would be nice to have a Director who smiles or replies to your ”Good Morning” after 3 days.

Not up to par with SLH properties, customer service from the front desk lacks personality and is not friendly. The room is more a 4 star hotel than a 5 star. Bit dated.

Amazing property with beautiful views and wonder staff who were kind enough to help us change a flat tire on arrival. Room was tasteful and clean. The breakfast was a full assortment of both hot & cold delicious foods. Our only complaint was the rooftop hot tub was set to a chilly 90F & couldn’t be raised even when we asked.

This was the best part of our trip! The staff were beyond helpful and amazing. My husband requested something special for our honeymoon and they provided some sparkling wine - it was great! The room was very nice and clean. The restaurants were delicious. The breakfast was great! And the view from everywhere was perfect! I wish we could of stayed longer. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The staff was excellent. The location was easily accessible and beautiful panoramic views of the gulf of Napoli.

This is a very nice hotel that is located away from the hubbub of Sorrento but yet very convenient. It is modern, clean, close to the train stop and best of all - the food is remarkable.

We were always a little hesitant booking direct however from the moment we arrived we knew we’d stumbled across something special! Great hotel tour upon arrival, delightful setting overlooking Mt Vesuvius and the bay of Sieano. A great size hotel and always easy to get a spot by the pool or in the hot tub on the roof! To top it off, there’s a great (Michelin star?!) restaurant on site too - we loved it.

The hotel was incredible and the service was impeccable. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast each morning looking over mount Vesuvius. Shuttle bus to the local town, train station and marina was a great touch and the reception staff were always so helpful. The cleaners were amazing also, always said good morning to us and even apologised once that they were unable to clean our room before we left for the day (around 11am something we didn’t expect at all!) Our room was even cleaned during the time we went down for breakfast, absolutely incredible! Bar staff were lovely and welcoming every night too. The hotel incredible, the pool, the bar, roof terrace and breakfast terrace gives you plenty of opportunity to experience the views and sunsets! We were a little hesitant that we were staying a few miles outside of Sorrento however we definitely made the right choice! There are so many great restaurants around Seiano, Vico Equense and the marina. We were away from the hustle of Sorrento but still able to visit the neighbouring towns including sorrento within 10 mins with the local train station (10 min walk) The only thing I would suggest would be to include a full length mirror in the room (only above the sink in the bathroom) and a facility to complete your own ironing. Absolutely incredible place, and would visit again in a heart beat!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast, and everything so elegant, all overlooking the Mediterranean. Excellent recommendations and arrangements for tours. Also, easy to get a hotel shuttle to to nearby Vico or the train station. Enjoyed the staff very much!

This is max a 4 star property. Our room was basically a maid quarter, absolutely no view, very small and cheapest mattress and pillows. Stay anywhere else don’t get fooled by the stars
