Very clean and convenient

Was a good stay nice to have acknowledged our anniversary with a couple free drinks

Convient place on outskirts of Norwich. Clean and spacious, rooms clean tidy. Supermarket on doorstep.

Its been a great experience very good location and most of the things on walking distance will definitely stay again.

Really good hotel. Spotlessly clean, good price and a great breakfast.

Booked because had restaurant and bar. Restaurant menu and hours were difficult to ascertain. Had to ask at desk. Not clear that takeaway cannot be eaten at restaurant tables. Staff was helpful in providing utensils for takeaway and directing us to outdoor tables. Staff was always friendly and answered all questions.

There was a lovely lady doing the breakfast in the morning so friendly and lovely to my 2 young boys even though they made a mess straight away got me a high chair would stay again

Excellent hotel with modern facilities. The room was very clean and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Check in was very efficient. Room spacious and clean. En suite shower / toilet clean too. Bed was very comfortable. Wifi worked well, without any problems. Although the car park was busy, there were plenty of parking spaces. Hotel was conveniently close to a regular bus route to Norwich city centre. All staff at reception were helpful and professional, especially one clean shaven man, who printed a document for me. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and a positive impression of Norwich.

When we arrived our rooms werent ready even though we were given the keys to our rooms. On a personal note I was celebrating my birthday and came back from a gathering of my ex RAF friends to find there was no Scottish whisky available. As I had travelled down from Scotland for this event it did dampen the celebrations somewhat.

Lovely place . We were a little worried when we saw the approach into the car park and the run down ice skating building next door that looks like something from a post apocalyptic film we fully expected to be fighting zombies but once in the door of the hotel we were very happy. The place has a great anppearance very bright annd welcoming. Excellent staff ,very helpful , the room was a good size and very clean. Breakfast was fantastic . Overall very happy with our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. But please encourage the owners of the building next door to invest in some paint !!

Great location for what we wanted to do. Very clean hotel, loved the Dove products in the bathroom. Lovely gentleman on reception every afternoon/evening, sorry we didnt catch your name (bearded though! ;)

Room was nice. Hotel felt like it needed a lick of paint. Breakfast was not great, everything felt wet.

Plug socket didn’t work Door lock was broken Plus we was charged twice for our room!

Exactly what you'd expect from a hotel on the edge of town. Clean rooms and reception, friendly staff.

Comfortable rooms which where very cold when entering! No EV charging available at the location. Nearest was 10 minutes away at a large Lidil

Loads of car parking spaces, speedy check in and requested a high floor and that’s what I received. Room was a nice size and really clean. Restaurant had a decent menu and great service. Would highly recommend and in a great location
