We had to find a hotel after we lost power for almost a week, due to Hurricane Milton. We also had our three fur babies who had to come with us. I called the Hampton Inn when I saw they had pet friendly rooms. I spoke with Samantha who was absolutely lovely. She was so helpful and kind. Once we checked in the next day, that kindness continued with Madison, who helped us check in, and was just wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious, the property is clean, and the staff is absolutely fantastic. They seem to be upgrading their rooms. The hotel breakfast wasn't anything exceptional but that is my only criticism.

Room musty smelling. Shower had no where to put soap, shampoo or anything.

The staff here is very friendly. Especially Samantha at the front desk was very accommodating! Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

It was close to where we had our convention which made it easy. The room however, had a strong bad smell. After an hour I went down stairs and spoke with the front desk who was nice enough to allow me to check other rooms . I was at 416. It had a powerful dog smell . I was told the 4th floor had been renovated recently, the hallway had a weird smell. I moved to the 2nd floor and that was a lot better. I was finally able to sleep. Breakfast was descent for being included . It had a variety of juice, coffee , cereals, fruit, breads and some hot items

Staff was pleasant and welcoming. Property was clean. Hot breakfast buffet was a treat. Wouid give most everything 5 stars. It should be noted that after a good rain, the street recommended by Google Maps, has deep water standing. Property can be accesed from a different side, where water is more like puddles. I reserved a handicapped room. The portable shower seat was broken, but that was not noticeable, until i laid my hand on it for balance and one leg totally collapsed, causing a nasty fall on cold, hard tile. I reported and I feel sure that problem has been rectified. I recommend testing such things just to be safe. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Easy to fine, comfortable bed. Staff was very nice. We enjoyed staying here.

I called prior to booking to get the hotel policy for early check in. I was told that I could check in anytime of the morning for a $40 additional fee, just call the morning of travel to inform them to have the room ready. I did so and spoke to a staff who had no idea what I was talking about. He told me to call back after 7 am and speak to the manager. I did, and was already enroute and only an hour away. She was very rude and said that the housekeeper doesn’t even come in until 9 am I had to wait over an hour in my car and was charged for half a night stay just to get my room a few hours earlier. I ended up leaving after about 4 hours and didn’t even stay the night and spent almost $250 I could have chosen any hotel in the area and received better customer service for less money
