Wifi didn't work in my room so they offered to move me, but I chose not to move. I later learned that the TV in my room didn't work either but by then it was way too late to consider moving to another room

Do not stay here. This place is filthy, the mattress was caved in and we had ants in our room. I also think some people actually live here. The person above us let their child ride their scooter back and forth and scream till all hours of the night. Rooms next door were out smoking weed and having a party right outside our door. This is by far, the WORST place I've ever stayed at! We barely slept and felt unsafe.

The tub was clogged, towels were dirty, when going to the front desk for help, they were smug and unfriendly. Let them know I would leave an honest review and just said go ahead, obviously I am not a first complaint, DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!

Customer service staff named Katrina does not belong in hospitality industry. I went to the front desk to let them (manager and Katrina) know that i booked thru Expedia a king size bed and not a 2 queen bed (its actuallt a double sized bed and not queen). She said tv is broken and the queen beds are more expensive (which was untrue cuz i booked a king bed for me and my husband and a 2 "queen bed" under my sister's name for the same day and i knew the cost. Katrina responded: Either you take that or go find another hotel! (At late night??) Instead of apologizing for not giving me the room i paid.
She doesn't belong in customer service department. In housekeeping..yes. my husband who was more offended went to the front desk to confront her because he believes that if i am caucasian like him, i won't be treated that way, but she wasnt there. So he got the manager to make sure Katrina gets the message. I believed too its a racial descrimination.

Needs up grade and repair. Tile on bathroom floor not only broken but some places no tile. Broken towel rack on wall. Worn out towels. The check in girl was not friendly. There was still a Covid shield up at the front desk.

Everything was good. The only complaint is the the AC was not on and running to cool the room down when we checked in. It took hours to cool down the room from 100 degree weather. We could not stay in the room for hours because it was too hot to sleep in.

Room Ac did not blow cool air and curtain was not able to shut properly upon arrival to the room. They did however make great accommodation for my littles and I being on the ground floor

Well, the bed was uncomfortable. Like sleeping on a trampoline it was so bouncy. Mattress was probably old. The fridge wasn’t balanced and the door was rusted inside the edge while it wasn’t even mounted on the fridge straight. Had the key tub but the controls were all removed so it couldn’t even be used. Door to the room wasn’t set properly so it had a small gap along the locking side and bottom. AC worked but it was loud and sounded like a dog scratching at the door the entire time it ran. Had to be at court in the morning down the street and I can honestly say I’ve never been so happy to leave somewhere and go to court. I’d have probably slept better in my car in the parking lot.

I understand you get what you pay for but a leaking toilet is not acceptable. There was a broken towel rack in the bathroom and the fridge froze our food. The customer service could kick it up a notch at the front desk. BUT the pool was nice and the room was nice and big.

It was the worst room I have ever been in. There were electrical plugs not bolted to the wall. The tv would not work until I unplugged the power and the direct tv box and then hooked it all up and rebooted it. Had to do the same thing in the next morning. Bad rings around the toilet and I didn’t dare shower the next morning when I left. I thought it was strange when I had to sign a paper saying the I agreed to the price of the room when I was checking in. So I will not be recommending or will I ever stay here again.

Tired property- which I knew when I booked it. Clean and had hot water. Staff was fine. I went for a really inexpensive place and pretty much got what I expected.
