I recently stayed at your hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the high quality of staff and the excellent hospitality. The women managing the hotel made it an exceptional choice for families. Their helpfulness and the information they provided went above and beyond our expectations. The staff assisted us in booking tours at significantly cheaper rates, providing all necessary details including costs, points of interest, and trip planning advice. The breakfast was delightful for both kids and families, offering a great variety of options and friendly service. However, while the room was clean and comfortable, it did feel a bit dated and could benefit from some upgrades. Nevertheless, the excellent service provided by the staff more than compensated for this. The hotel’s location is ideal, situated in the heart of Cusco with easy walking access to attractions such as San Francisco, the main plaza, and the main road. Overall, we loved our stay and appreciate the wonderful experience. Thank you for making our visit memorable.

Our room was quiet and roomy for 3 people. Not many hotels have daily service after the pandemic, but Taypikala does. So we walked in a clean and tidy room every day after our activities. The front desk was helpful, we stored our luggages twice in the hotel. The full breakfast was excellent: the omlette station, hot food, cheese,ham, bread and rolls, cereal, and especially a variety of fruits. Not many hotels' breakfast can beat the choices of fruits offered by Taypikala. The hotel's restaurant served delicious food, and good service as well. The location is also excellent. It's so close to the Plaza de Armas, and Saint Pedro Market. We toured Cusco just on our feet.

Wonderfully welcoming hotel, clean and we had the room set up daily so we could have dry towels. The desk staff were very helpful during a health related issue. The breakfast was delicious. The added bonus was a kettle in the room to make tea. Hotel is within easy walking distance of the Plaza de Armas. Would definitely stay there again if I ever go back to Cusco

Great location! Quite for good sleep and convenient for shopping and getting to all the historical places in Cusco. Beds were comfortable. Rooms clean. Great hotel. And the restaurant on site had great healthy food choices. Breakfast in the morning was nice and the coffee was excellent!

The staff donot even fill water when it’s finished I had to take tablet and they simple asked me to take tablet with juice. Except for restaurant staff everything is nice about this hotel

This hotel is very conveniently located. The staff are very friendly and most helpful. One needs to get acclamatize to the altitude at Cusco and they need to take traveling very easy since the altitude can react differently to each traveler. As a stop to go to Machu Picchu, Cusco is most convenient. We also took tours of the local areas and that was also good, but Machu Picchu was most impressive.

Clean, quiet property with a friendly amazing stuff. It was in a very quiet street, with no through traffic, within a short walk to the main plaza. After the hustle and bustle of the city it was good to have a quiet place. A small store is located right next to the hotel, very convenient for buying water, drinks and snacks.
