There were a lot of flies in the room. The soap was expired. And the shower head was leaky.

The spa/hotel smelled so nice with great soaps/gifts to use. Luxurious beds and comfortable rooms gave us a great night's sleep. Across the street from the giant bell tower of the cathedral so it's easy to find. Walking distance to the beach (10 minutes). Fast electric car charger at the beach was convenient. Parking for hotel is just street parking (pay during business hours)

Good location, relaxing atmosphere and good breakfast (25€ additional seems bit high for what you get). Reception staff could be bit more friendly and helpful as they where not so helpful on the question if they had any dinner recommendations outside there own restaurant.

Good location and a very pleasant stay. Don't be put off by the Industrial Area if approaching from the East.
Room was a bit small/too much furniture. Shower room also very "compact"

Beautifully decorated. Room is a bit tight as we have 2 suitcases, but it’s not unexpected. Street parking is easy to find and it’s free after 5:30pm till next morning.

The hotel is very nice and cute. The staff is helpful and kind.
It was a heatwave and we were surprised to find that the hotel didn’t have enough fans for all rooms. We were able to get one for the second night, however this made it a bit uncomfortable as the room we were given was ground level and we needed to open the windows to the street.

Small bedroom. Minimal facilities. No parking without paying. Didn’t eat there. Uneventful.

The location was convenient and the hotel was clean and comfortable. However, the bar was closed so we were forced to search for an evening meal in Le Havre after a 10 hour drive. If facilities are advertised on the hotel website then you expect to find them or the property should lower its star rating from 4 to 3.

Front desk was helpful. Hotel is located in a UNESCO area and close to good restaurants. The one in the hotel was closed when we were there.

The hotel is very cosy. Easy to reach and park. Breakfast was excellent, their partner restaurant (10 minutes walk) as well. The room is small but this was good enough

very nice helpful staff. Hotel in a great position in town with plenty of eating places in walking distance. Although a Monday evening is NOT a good time to find a restaurant , as most are closed !
Room was really tight for space, decent bathroom/shower facilities, and staff did provide us with a large freestanding fan, as room was very hot and there is no air con.

Finally I found a nice small hotel with great service in Le Havre. The rooms are small but the bed is great. A tip good be that they should take some furniture out of the room :-)

A quick overnight stay. Breakfast was tasty and of good quality. Would have liked an air conditioner in the room. Staff was friendly to a couple of travelling Canadians.

A very nice, comfortable hotel. The petite dejeuner (breakfast) is very nice and the staff was very helpful. Our room was cozy and very nice.

Hotel Vent D'Ouest is small, yet is good value for money. The decor is fortunately the right side of naff in it's aim to have a nautical theme in some of the rooms.Staff were very friendly and I would consider staying there if I visit L Havre again.
