The pool was nice and the room was adequate although much smaller than it appeared online.
The front desk was very unprofessional.

The stay was amazing. The jetted tub in the room was the best feature. We really enjoyed ourselves. The complimentary breakfast was the cherry on top. The staff were really professional and kind. Have been trying to book again but has been full and I know why.

The person who checked us in was wonderful and our room was fine. Our only only in the morning for breakfast. We were told by the front desk that breakfast was until 9:00 a.m. however when we got there at 8:50 the person working the area had already started breaking down and taking the food away. They were rude to my children and acted upset what we wanted to eat. She told them they had 10 minutes but she continued to break the area down while they tried to get their food.

Had to change rooms three times. They all smelled of urine. The receptionist at check in was very rude. The staff person in the morning was excellent and agreed to refund our room stay. She was a bright spot of an overall horrible experience.

This hotel offered a very spacious room that could accommodate my family. That is all. The lobby is basic and has a minimal amount of furniture available. The furniture and fixtures all look worn and dated. The breakfast was lackluster and the waffle mix was so thin it shot out of the dispenser. The food was not very inviting overall. Everything there was worn and dated.

The hotel had roaches and smelled like weed once you got past the lobby which smelled very clean. The breakfast was subpar at best however the staff was super friendly. If you are planning to just be there to sleep and sleep only it’s not bad.

The rooms smelled liked dirty wet carpet. I did let front desk know after checking in the rooms but nothing was done about it. Staff was very nice. Lobby was nice and clean. The hallways smelled better than the rooms.

Clean, spacious, comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the staff was super nice. I’d definitely stay there again the next time we’re in Atlanta.

The staff was very helpful and enjoyed all the eating places that were so close by within walking distance. The indoor pool was great as wel since we had small children.

I’m there for a business trip and the room was in terrible condition. There was oil stains in the couch, on the curtains and I don’t what it was in the headboard. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and when called to the front desk the person answered with an attitude after 5 minutes and told me pretty much too bad. I needed the Wi-Fi to work and it wasn’t available nor did I get assistance! Checked out and went across the street to another hotel. Very bad experience!

Stayed 6 nights, thankfully we were out most of the time. The breakfast server was extremely rude, after the first encounter we went out for breakfast. I wouldn’t stay there again even if it was free.

Good enough, well over charged for the amenities available/ safety of building. Side door was completely busted anyone could walk in and police came through and said some one was breaking into cars at neighboring hotel.

Overall, my stay at Comfort Suites Morrow was nice except for ordering from their inn house food delivery service. I was very disappointed. The food was delivered over 2 1/2 late. I had to call customer service 3 times to inquire about the ETA of the food. The food was delivered super late, cold and the order was incorrect. I did file a complaint report. I would stay there again, but will not use their food delivery service.

Chelsea at the front desk was friendly and helpful, but the property is in sore need of an update. Our room furniture was shabby and torn and paint was peeling from the walls. We peeled back the bedclothes; the sheets looked grayish. No critters, happy to report. Breakfast was OK and the server was working hard. The exterior of the building needs cleaning/repair. We wouldn't stay there again unless they do a facility and room makeover.

The front desk was less than friendly or happy to see us. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke covered by deodorizer. Sofa sleeper was so broken you could not sit on it. Bathroom sink had a crack that had been sealed. The bed had great pillows but was so hard and uncomfortable we barely slept.

When we checked in the gentleman said we did not have a reservation. But I KNOW that we did. It seems to me that he cancelled our reservation so that he could put in a new one with his nameassociated with it. The same thing happened to the woman who checked in right after me.
