The air conditioner does not work, and i complain about it and i got ignored by administration, the room wasn't the one in the picture, over all bad experience.

En general el hotel es bueno, la habitación muy amplia y limpia, solo tuve algunos disgustos con los aparatos electrónicos de la habitación, el aire acondicionado nunca encendió, la caja fuerte no se podía usar ya que estaba bloqueada y en todos los hoteles a los que he ido, ya está desbloqueada y lista para usarse o tiene un código de desbloqueo simple, ya sea 0000, 1111, 1234, pero no, esta estaba completamente bloqueada. La televisión no encendía con el control, tenia que levantarme de la cama para apagarla y prenderla , ya que el control que proporcionan es el de la cajita digital de Megacable, más no el control de la tv y menciona qué hay que presionar 5 segundos para prenderlo, pero no funciona eso, solo se encendía la caja de Megacable, pero no la tv.

Todo fue muy bien, desde la llegada hasta la salida, volvere definitivamente. Las instalaciones son amplias y grandes. El cuarto muy limpio. Solo tuve un pequeño detalle con que no se veía la televisión pero por gusto mio no lo reporte ya que solo llegue a dormir. Recomendable.

The hotel was old and is in need of repair. I think the biggest problem is it take over 10 minutes for hot water to reach the shower. I had to change rooms. It rained hard 1 night and water was coming in the window of room 527. The hotel staff are un organized and didnt even have change for 500 pesos. The resturant I did like tho.

I didn't like the fact that it was almost impossible to sleep with the light that came through our room. The room was surrounded by blinds. My bad, I should ask for another room.

The staff was exceptional! It felt like going to visit at a friend's home.

The whole experience was plain, the reservation didn't appear, the check in took a while; the personnel was kind but it seems like miss training in all areas, the room was with some missing points like AC and remote controls. The parking is not enough, so arrive early afternoon. The hotel is good for the price.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was good for arrival to local bus station but bit loud. Pool area was excellent. Rooms were comfortable. Restaurant was fair. Wish I could have stayed closer to walking distance to beautiful down town area. But taxi ride was only 15 min away.

At the first Las Margaritas hotel - the clerk did not recognize our reservation. We were sent to a second Las M hotel in Xalapa. Staff gave us no explanation after we spent additional money and time to get to the other hotel. After the mix up - it was almost impossible to correct it with the Las M staff since no one speaks English. We had to call the concierge from the Fiesta Americana hotel. Good thing we did as our driver was waiting at the wrong hotel when we needed to get to the airport. Room was clean and neat but bathroom towels were like sand paper, no tissues.

Great staff and very helpful the room was one of the nicest i stayed in in Xalapa - the staff really helped me out with a hospital visit when i was suffering and nothing was too much trouble. I was able to go back the follow day and ask questions they have a great entertainment area and also the room is beautiful and very well furnished I would highly recommend this place.

Absolutely loved this hotel. I couldn't ask for more. Wonderful, charming, adorable. You can see, someone really loves operating this hotel. The staff is so pleasant, the breakfast excellent, and the decorations out of some movie set. I want to go back for a week, next time.\n\nThe location is ideal. You can walk from the bus station ( down hill ) THere is free parking , and it was locked at night. This is my new favorite , charming little hotel in the world, and I intend to go back to Xalapa, just to stay there.
