Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was clean and adequate. Beds were comfortable and pillows were amazing.

Very nice, clean, great breakfast bar. Will book here again on next visit to Nampa. Friendly, helpful service from everyone. Restaurants, stores & conveniences nearby. Rented a car, didn’t need the airport to shuttle service on this visit, but will look for it on the next one.

The interior and rooms were clean and neat... but the exterior needs to be power washed, especially outside the reception area. The curb appeal and garden need some attention.

The room is good for our big family. Its clean I like the most is the comfy bed and dove for shampoo, conditioner and soap.

The property is clean and safe. There’s lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Easy access to main roads (traffic lights). The staff members were friendly and very polite! Breakfast was really good and the staff did an excellent job keeping the food service area and dining tables clean. Plenty of seating. If back in the area, will definitely stay here again!

They attempted to charge almost 11,000 dollars to my credit card for one night stay. Took almost a half hour to check into the hotel. What a mess. Place is nice, pool is clean, breakfast is great, front desk staff is a hot mess.

Pros: clean, decently courteous staff.
Cons: very hard mattress, low insulation between walls (interior and exterior) and you could literally hear the kids in the hallways and the car doors closing outside; terrible selection of gluten free items, no vegan options.
I will try this location again in a year, and I hope this review will encourage a pillow-top mattress and better food selection.

The room was very small and was definitely a pet room. There were stains on the carpet and the room just didn't seem to be very clean. Someone was banging on the floor above at 1:30 am. Every 5 minutes, for a half hour, they would drop something 2 times. There were no answer at the front desk. We will never stay again!!

We loved staying here because they have single room options that fit all five of us instead of having to rent two rooms. It was perfectly laid out with the couch / pull-out bed on the other side of the bathroom with a separate TV.
