Check in was a Breeze , the service is great Mallissa was very professional and polite. thank you to Litsy aswell. Property was clean and the bed was comfortable.

It was really good until we tried to sleep, floor above us was super loud

We could not get the thermostat to change anything but 70° was far too cold. We had to turn it off and then we were sleeping really hot. Then there was ants in the bathroom. I guess I just gave you a poor rating because I didn’t sleep well, but they did get us there to the airport in time and the lady was nice upfront when we told her there were no outlets to plug in my sister‘s CPAC machine and or for us to charge our phones we had to run it across the room And if anybody would’ve gone to the bathroom in the night, they would’ve tripped so we weren’t happy about not being able to get an outlet to work the things we needed to work

My daughter and husband stayed at this location after a late night arrival for a short period of sleep. We booked here because they had shuttle service which started at 4am. They had a 6 am flight. Upon checking in they were told the shuttle service on Sundays didn’t start until 5am so it cost another $30 for Uber. Your website only states 4:00am shuttle. Had other hotels offering 24 hr shuttles

Property was a bit dated and tired. Noise was a factor that contributed to low quality rest. However, it was a convenient location if you are in/out from Ontario.

The staff was super friendly, and the my room was clean enough. However, my room was very uncomfortable due to a broken air conditioner. The daytime high was 109*, and the temp in my room was 81* when I got in for the evening around 11:00 pm. The ac had turned off, I guess. I turned it back on. It would “cool down” to 79*, and then turn off again. I woke up 4 times in the night to try to cool the room off. Besides it being hot, the rooms and tv’s are outdated. But, again, the people working there were friendly enough.

I have stayed here many times to visit my kids at the Claremont colleges. The hotel has everything I need, and the airport shuttle got me to ONC right on time at a very early hour!

Check in was easy an effective. Hotel is OK... its starting to show its age... bathroom was "below par"... beds awesome... Shuttle service only available in the morning

We got a suite with 2 beds... the suite was disgusting, (too bad, I didn't take pictures) the bathroom was not well maintained, it seemed they gave us the last disgusting room they had. The hallways were dirty, and the keys hardly EVER WORKED!! WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

Good value for the money. Quality of mattress and bathroom amenities compatible to a Marriott for half the price. Only shortcoming is that it could be hard to find staff at the front desk. They seem to roam or be in multi- tasking situations. The desk can be unattended for 10-15 minutes at a time.

The service provided by the staff was awesome. I didn't like finding pubic hairs in the tub, strands of hair all on the bathroom floor and trash in the trash can.
