It's a very regular property. Rooms are quite small and nothing special about amenities. In my opinion it's a bit overpriced.

Very baby-friendly with quite a nice array of options for the breakfast buffet. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean as was the hotel. Full of handy gadgets and gizmos to make your stay as smooth as possible, but unfortunately not all of them are so smooth-running. That was neither here nor there however as all of our needs were quickly and courteously addressed and attended to by hotel staff without much, If any, bother. We were there on business with our infant daughter and the hotel was excellently friendly to her. While Singen as a city is sorely lacking in any sort of appeal, Hotel Lamm was a gem. We’re very happy to rebook a stay here when business brings us back in town.

Very friendly staff with open and welcoming attitude. Room was standard quality and clean. More pillow choices would be nice. Snack area was cosy. Fair quality and price. Breakfast was of very good quality and the food selection was extremely wide.

It was nice and quiet. But the room was hot and had to use air conditioning all the time. The mattress on the bed was firm but had some form of rubber covering it which was uncomfortable to sleep on causing perspiration and restlessness.

The very friendly personnel serves a really delicous breakfast (buffet format).

Room was very small for two people. But it was clean nevertheless and staff were friendly.

Really clean, friendly hotel. Staff were attentive and helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet as well. Hotel was clean, well appointed and the room was comfortable and well equipped. Location is about 10 minutes flat walk from the centre of town, with all the local amenities. It's worth phoning ahead to book space in the limited car park if you're driving there though.

I had a very nice stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and the room was very comfortable . I would suggest better pillow choices. I would book a room again in the future.

Check in was friendly and efficient. We did not utilize it, but the hotel has a bar and restaurant with terrace, which looked inviting. The room was comfortable, with some extra pillows. It was unusually warm during our stay and we were glad the room had air conditioning. The hotel is located within close walking distance to central Singen. The wifi worked great and the bathroom was a workable size with good water pressure. Checkout was quick and easy. Parking is available for a nominal cost. You can also find parking on the street if you make sure you find an area where overnight parking is possible.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived on the train from Italy at 10 pm. The desk clerk began to check us in, but then she got a phone call (apparently someone who wanted to make a reservation). We stood there very tired from our all-day train travels for more than 5 minutes while she talked on the phone. The other clerk couldnt speak English, so he was no help. That was very rude. The room was tiny, and if you opened the shower door, it banged into the toilet. We were unhappy with the service, the room and the neighborhood (which wasnt close to anything).

I've stayed at many Best Western Hotels in the US, and this is one of the nicest/cleanest I've stayed in. The room is small like most European rooms. The bed is hard, but some ppl prefer that.

Nice and renovated hotel with superb rooms. One point to improve though...airconditioning. It was very hot, although we got a fan and an icecream for compensation.

It was a little strange the times the hotel keeps on Saturday but this the same all over. They were very helpful and quick service

This hotel is a nice, relatively modern hotel in a densely populated area. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was good, but not great. All the necessities were present. The hotel had a dedicated parking area with a gate controlled by the hotel reception desk, which was very helpful in an area where finding a parking spot is difficult. The hotel is within a 2 block walk of a great Italian restaurant.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out this place is full of helpful staff who helped us out even when we did not know we needed help!

Lamm hotel is in the good tradition of the Best Western hotels. As such it responds mostly to the demands of the professional traveller

When traveling to Europe, one must remember that air conditioning is not available most of the time. We happen to be in Singen on one of the hottest days of the year and no air conditioning. This had been the same for all hotels that we stayed in throughout our travels. Hotel Lamm was the only hotel that offered a small fan in the room to get the hot air circulating. It may be small but if left a good impression
