Great service and relaxing stay

It's a very good hotel ,very clean .we had to change our room as it next to the fire doors,it was changed straight away so very good

Very average. The problem with this hotel is that they want you to check in late (or pay a ridiculous surcharge for early check-in), but by the time you arrive most things are closed anyway. So if just staying for one night it’s an absolute waste of money. The hotel is great in terms of location but the room decor was rubbish and aged. For the price paid I would absolutely avoid it next time.

Stayed here after a cancelled flight. Everything was great but it was quite expensive. Price doubled from the morning when I first looked to when I booked at 3pm

As before, I was dropping off my elderly Parents for a flight the following day and, ax before, the Staff could not have been more helpful with wheelchair assistance and help with our luggage. The Hotel experience was exceptional as before with easy access (with complimentary booked assistance for mum and Dad) via the link corridor to check-in. This place will always be our go to whenever we fly from Heathrow T5.

The hotel was very handy for my early flight.
Too expensive for what it’s, 5* but not really getting 5* service.
My room faced the internal courtyard/commercial space I couldn’t sleep until 1am due to the noise.
No plug sockets by the bed and the bathroom wasn’t the best functional
The access to the pool is chargeable £30 for 60 minutes and no mention of this when booking.

Nice spacious rooms. Great beds. Located in Heathrow's Terminal 5, it is very convenient to be at the airport already if you have an early flight. Great selection of restaurants. Their reception can use more staff. There was a long line for both check in and checkout.

When we arrived at the Sofitel at 1:15pm the desk clerk informed us that check in time was 3pm. However for a fee of 40 pounds he could provide us with a similar room and we could check in now. We declined. However I suggested that a more effective way to nickel and dime us would be to install pay toilets in the rooms. Say 25 pounds every time you used the bathroom.

I stay there whenever I have a layover and a departure the next morning fromT5. It is decent. The front desk is horrible. The check in is always tedious. The hotel is semi-conveniently located. Although, it is a very long walk to T5 departures.

Woken up by cleaners knocking on my door at 8am unannounced then at 830 am cleaners return and attempt to open my door again unannounced. Spoilt my morning as I needed a lie in before a 5 hr drive

I paid for this trip as a treat for my son.
It was breakfast that let it down.
I paid an extra £27.00 for breakfast, only to find out after paying that service does not start until 6:00, when he needed to be at the airport.
I requested a takeaway and he received a dry muffin, a cereal bar, two apples and a carton of apple juice.
I am a little disappointed as I could if sent him off with all of the above for less than £5.00

Everything was wonderful, but you need to update the TV and channels as well as put phone plug-ins by the bed. This was very disconcerting and unusable.

Unfortunately the fire alarm went off several times during the night causing a disrupted sleep for an early flight. Whilst I understand these things can be unavoidable, when mentioning at reception in the morning was met with ‘ it’s ok it’s fixed now!’ No apology or empathy

This place was falling appart. Bathtoom door would not close.... the same with the shower door... Hot water supply was intermittent. Trying to take a shower was an effort...

Good checkin and consierge to our room. We called reception to ask how to turn up the heat as the room was cold. It didn’t work and we ended up putting the robes over us to keep warm. When we left this morning it was warmer in the corridor

Staff are fantastic and are very helpful. Check in was a breeze and we got a complimentary upgrade to a suite which was fantastic. The ease of getting to departures is great and I would highly recommend staying here the night before you have a flight. Rooms were immaculate and the property is wonderful.

No one answers the phone when I call the reception or room service. Also I requested guaranteed late checkout which was a service they informed me they offered for a fee and I agreed, but the request wasn’t fulfilled.
