Great location but the hotel conditions and services is far from being a 4 stars hotel.
The hotel locked the A/C thermostat so you we have to open a window to cool down the room but then listening all the street noise and smells.

Location was perfect - however very difficult to find if you plan to drive - customer service was friendly and ready to help. I would use it again

The hotel is right in the heart of thing near loads of bars and restaurants but once the door is closed you can't hear any outside noise. It is worth paying for the cathedral view room if you get the chance. What makes this hotel so special is the staff. Jose what a guy

Lovely hotel and in the middle of the city the rooms are modern and clean with an excellent bathroom / shower, the staff were wonderful and very helpful we were there for a city break we were mighty impressed with Malaga city, visit to the cathedral is a must

The Hotel Petit Palace is aply named as when we checked in the biggest shock that we got was the size of the room. It was absolutely tiny with no room to open our suitcases. Perhaps the hotel thought that as we had booked from Japan that we were smaller than the average guest, and had given us a smaller room. Other than that the hotel was fine. Breakfast was good and the front desk staff extremely helpful. However I don't think I'll stay at the hotel again because of the size of the room for two people. It was absolutely tiny - smaller than the size of a Japanese business hotel.

We had an excellent vacation in Malaga while staying in Petite Palace.

As a British muslim, it can be quite hard to be treated fairly and the service and staff were so polite, kind and genuine. They also gave a voucher when parking (parking is a 5 min walk). Very clean, shopping right in front of your street and lots of food near you! Thank you.

Everything was delightful. The modern design inside was a fun contrast to the historic outside. Great service. We also loved the free bikes and used them to bike along the beach.

This is a great hotel! It’s super centrally located - in the heart of Malagas shopping and restaurants area.
They were really nice to us and even accommodated a breakfast picnic when we had to leave early. Great customer service and the rooms were comfy and clean! I highly recommend 10/10!

Brilliant location, close to huge shopping area and great restaurants and walking distance to historic monuments and sea port.
Our room was very clean and comfortable .
Breakfast was included and very delicious with variety of fresh juices , cold and hot meals and excellent coffee.
Smiley and prompt service especially Maria !
We will definitely come back to this hotel.

Our shower didn’t work first night we call down the young boy came and said he will send a plumber tomorrow and shower was running all night, second night after I took a shower would not turn off, so we didn’t sleep for two night and we left

The hotel is well located, the rooms are average and the staff was not very helpful when I arrived with a car and needed to find a parking spot.

The best part of this hotel is the location -it’s in the central part of Malaga and not far from the boardwalk. Close to everything. Felt very safe walking around the surrounding areas.
The hotel room bathroom was a weird setup where the entrance to the shower was right beside the toilet. The only way to access the shower was to squeeze into the 1foot clearing between the shower and the toilet. Very awkward.
The shower drain was slow to empty but hotel staff was very quick to resolve the issue.
