We enjoy staying here. It’s very convenient to shopping and restaurants.
We were able to check in via email so check in was a breeze and so was checking out.

This is not a hotel but a motel, with bedrooms facing open balconies. I don't think one can put that option online without informing guests that it is in fact a motel. This is misleading and leads to an unsatisfactory stay for those of us looking for a hotel.

It was a really good location and very clean. It is located right in the heart of pigeon forge and can walk directly to the island. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here who is looking for something convenient to walk around pigeon forge

We are getting tired of staying at Hotels that does not clean the rooms on a daily basis. 3 night stay and you have to call for your amenities.

The staff here was extremely nice and did great at their jobs. When you check in they are super nice and explain everything. When you have a problem they fix it immediately. Also the lady who does breakfast is a sweet heart and makes sure to greet everyone coming in and checks to make sure everything was good.

No housekeeping which I believe lead to roaches in the room. We were unable to use the balcony because a couple from down the hallway would come and sit in front of our room for hours at a time. Beds were a little hard for my liking. Water pressure not very good either.

Room was clean, but nothing special about it. Booked it for the convenience because it was very close to all of the activity and shops and venues that we were going to go through. Decent price.

At midnight we were watching TV and not one or two but FIVE cockroaches went across the wall behind the TV. Everything else was fine. Told the girl at the front desk and she said "oh sorry". So we won't be returning to this location for any future stays.

The photos on line are not a good representation of the room we had. Room was a lot smaller and had a bad smell. There is dust all over the ceiling that you can see as well as in the room corners and the night stand. We were not told in advance that our room would not be serviced since we had our dog with us. She was crated while we were out from the room. Real noisy outside room. Breakfast was not good and the room needed to be larger to handle the crowd. Not a good representation of the Wyndham. Would not recommend.

I was really impressed with the hotel in Baymont Pigeon Forge vs the Baymont in Troy Alabama. Jacuzzi and Fireplace in the room and clean. I don't like the fact that hotels no longer have daily room service.

Great easy access from the parkway and love location! So close to the best attractions and shopping it was easily walkable. Several very good dining options right behind the property. I go to Piegon Forge often and this is my new go-to lodging. Very friendly and professional staff!

Nice rooms, great staff, clean rooms(even saw maintenance cleaning ac filters between guests). Great location easy to get in and out of traffic. Parking is limited would be the only downside

We had 3 rooms reserved. Our rooms were clean, stocked with towels, and in excellent shape. The breakfast was great every morning and the breakfast attendants were friendly and kept everything well stocked. All the employees were very nice. They were great at giving us clean towels and room supplies through out the week. Our stay was awesome! The pool was great!

The room was spacious and clean and check in was fast and easy. The only issue we had was it was very difficult to pull out of the parking lot onto Wears Valley.
