Overall, a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean and very functional. Easy walking distance to the domestic airport and Mascot train and shops, or you could take the 350 bus. Washing machine /dryer, oven / microwave and fridge all in good working order. Quiet. We had great views from the 8th floor. If any negatives, there was a smell of mould in the bathroom but the room itself was clean.

I more than likely won't return. The hotel has 8 on-site restaurants listed, but upon arrival I found out all 8 of those are more than a half a mile away from the property. The staff ignored to do not disturb sign on the door multiple times throughout my stay. The carpets in the hallways are covered in stains, though they said that they're in the middle of renovations so in the future that may change. It's listed as having soundproof rooms but I could hear just about every noise in the hallway and from outside, I was on the 8th floor and I could hear dogs barking on the ground and from outside, I was on the 8th floor and I could hear dogs barking on street. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I had an average experience, I think next time I'll just stick with going to the Branksome though, it's in the same area and price range and had much better amenities and facilities. This hotel doesn't seem much like a luxury hotel, it's more like an old apartment building in the process of becoming a hotel. I had much higher expectations from the listing

Staff were amazing and the stay was nice except there were bedbugs that made it difficult to sleep at night.

My apartment of choice for business and leisure travel when visiting Sydney. Currently the lobby area undergoing renovations which did mean a few steps to carry luggage up. We were placed on a higher floor away from the noise. Staff always super helpful. Shuttle bus available for a few to the airport. Uber or walk and train into the city. Mascot Main Street at other end of the road with great selection of places to eat.

The staff was very friendly, and even though they were in the process of renovating, they worked very hard to make sure it didn’t interfere with our stay.

I was awoken by 7:30 am by workmen shouting outside the door and starting hammering for work. My room was directly opposite of the one. Painting smell was strong it was hard to sleep. The corridor was full of stuff like tiles, pulled out hoods and other materials. It felt like I was in construction site rather than a hotel! No mention of this when I checked in! I would ask for some refund for this experience!

Beautiful hotel. I felt completely safe staying here with my grandmother. Extremely convenient with all sorts of amenities at hand.

Good size and comfortable. Shower floor extremely slippery with no grip bars within shower recess. Shower tap came off. Overall a nice clean place although a long way from food and shopping places.

Close to the airport. Water was not hot in the shower and was warm at best. Tea was good coffee not so good, international roast? Didn’t know they still made that. Room was quiet and the blackout blinds were great if you like a sleep in. Be careful of the lift door if you enter and push a floor number the door closes slightly and very quickly so the second or third person in gets hit by it.

It was a good stay. Ideal for getting some rest between two flights.

Under renovation so very noisy during the day It was close to airport but when over 70yrs to far to walk with suitcase

There was no plug supplied with the bathroom sink, apparently they are kept behind reception which isn't useful when your husband needs to use the sink for a wet shave in the morning! The shower curtain was mouldy and didn't even meet the floor level which made showering difficult. The apartments were being refurbished whilst we stayed and hopefully updated as needed. Overall our stay was comfortable and quieter than expected given its proximity to the airport.

Whatever you do, find some place else to stay. No customer service.

Comfortable and efficient room . Employees were very responsive to any questions and needs. Only negative comment is that shower floor is extremely slippery when wet.. Convenient (9) blocks to train station. Would definitely stay again.

Bedrooms were quiet but could hear road noise from lounge when person was trying to sleep on sofa bed. Showers weren’t powerful enough

Really pleased with this apartment. We arrived on an early flight and didn’t expect to be able to check in straight away but they said we could. Good valve for money and very near the domestic airport. Friendly reception staff.
