Checking process was very long and the breakfast staff was very rude

I have mixed reviews about this hotel. I have stayed at other Wyndham hotels and it has been a fantastic experience. This was not the best Wyndham hotel I've stayed in. The staff was fantastic. It was easy to check in and out. The breakfast was good. My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable (I might even call to find out what kind of mattress toppers and pillows they use). My issues come with the condition of this hotel. My toilet was literally coming out of the floor. If you moved back and forth the toilet would go with you. The tiles were cracked and the floor shifted as you were walking around inside the bathroom and right inside the entrance. There were stains on the carpet although the rest of the room seemed immaculate. There were also spots where the walls needed to be repaired and a water spot on the ceiling. I feel like these are known issues with this room and repairs should have been made before they place guests in there. There was not much noise insulation between our upstairs neighbors and us. The price for this hotel stay was absolutely way too much for the condition that it was in. I paid the same price for one of the larger hotels in perfect condition.

Found a hair on the bed, gross! Could have been cleaner. Staff not very friendly. But an ok visit

Other than mix up at checkin everything was as it should be.

The hotel is old and in need of a refreshing. The staff was quite nice and made the stay pleasant.

We were mid road trip resting our heads so we were in and out. But, a family of 5 (with 2 teens and a 6yr old), it fit the bill. Cleanliness was good. The lobby was clean and welcoming, beds comfy. The rugs on floor 2 could use some tlc. Check in was ehhh, they have this thing where you can check in from your phone but it don’t seem to work.
