The hotel was good. The food was acceptable. Decent choices each day. Definitely a family oriented hotel. The pool area is over crowded although there were plenty of loungers as a result. Perfect budget getaway for an all inclusive option.

The food and beverages were definitely of a much higher quality and better taste compared to the other five hotels we stayed at. However, the air conditioning could have been cooler, as it was centralized. Hotels should specify the type of air conditioning they have, so guests can make an informed choice. A comfortable night's sleep is essential, and the right sleeping temperature plays a crucial role in achieving it.

Our stay at the hotel is very good. Five star to the entertainment team and the staff. There are lots of activities for all ages, from kids to adults to the whole family. The furniture in the room need to be upgraded - worn table legs etc. The dinner food cuisine varies day by day which is great!

This was our 4th stay at the hotel. Staff are amazing. Very hard working,friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clran and close to beach, bars and restaurants. We had a room on 8th floor with mountain view. Room was on small side and near to motorway,although this was not a problem when door was closed. The floor in the room had wide gaps in floorining, which is ready to be replaced.

Just a little Christmassy so a little disappointing, staff are all lovely and welcoming and work hard. lots of activities going on and the entertainment is really good.

Fantastic hotel, lots of choice for food and drink. Having multiple pools is great and multiple bars open until different times. The entertainment team was fantastic, things for everyone to get involved with. Only negative a maid threw away our baby’s sterilising tablets on the 2nd to last day so that made things tricky - (assuming by mistake thinking it was rubbish)

The staff was the major highlight. They were very friendly and professional, making sure that my stay was pleasant. It's an older hotel, some of the furniture and the carpet needs to be replaced. Also, I found quite a few of bugs/insects inside the room. Overall I'd recommend it mainly because of the amazing staff and convenience to walk to the beach and shopping stores.

Excellent, as always at Las Dalias. Special praise for the staff and in particular a member of the entertainment team called Martha and also her friend whose name I don’t know. They interacted wonderfully with guests. One small observation - the variety of prepared. fruit at meals was less than usual. There were grapes, melon and watermelon at every meal but almost nothing else, for instance no grapefruit or pineapple. But that is only a small point in relation to the usual very pleasant stay I once again had.

Excellent stay, the room was fantastic, the all-inclusive experience was excellent, the only thing was the cocktails were not good.
The pre-made syrups and mixtures used are not very nice, training the bar staff to make the cocktails on the menu would definitely enhance what is already a great experience!

Nice hotel with very nice staff. Food was good and pool area nice. Shows and other programme was very nice.
Only minus (big one) was poor sound proof in the rooms. Ear plugs were needed to sleep and one night even that was enough… When people talked at the corridor, it sounded like they were in the room.

very clean, they clean everything very well. The food is plentiful and generally good. Great choice of bar drinks. The entertainment staff was small and limited. The pool was nice and the hot tub was good. Rules should be either enforced or just don't have them. Long pants for men at dinner were canceled for half of our stay? No saving lounge chairs at the pool was totally ignored. We had a very nice stay and I would stay here again.

Amazing as always, we have been four times now and nothing to complain about. The food is excellent with plenty of variety and a good choice daily. Staff a great and the entrainment is very good. Will be definitely staying again in the future.
