Wonderful rooms and fantastic breakfast!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just okay. Parking was a small issue.

Rather old and outdated

The beds were so comfortable and my kids loved the breakfast options.

The room was handicappped accessible which was certainly fine with us but…the shower head was was so high up and very, very fine mist which would not rinse the shampoo from partially bald head of my husband. When I tried to shower the hand held shower head would not turn on. I’m not sure how someone “handicapped” would have faired in that room. The carpet next to bed felt sticky like something had been spilled there and not cleaned up. When the above was reported to the front desk as we checked out, I received a blank stare nothing was written down, apologized for, or given any indication that he cared. When I asked for a receipt, I was told it would be e-mailed to me by a “third party”. We have stayed at this hotel previously but will not try it again.

I had an amazing stay

The room was comfortable, the only problem is that the hot was a a warm tub, The water barely moved even though the Jets sounded like they were running, and after I got out of the tub, I realized that my bathing suit was very discolored. It went from bright Royal blue to aqua green from too much bleach in the water. My husband‘s clothing was also bleached out. Although he is not worried about his T-shirt and shorts, my favorite bathing suit is ruined!

Great property. Very clean. Parking was limited but we were able to park in at a nearby Hilton property. Front desk person was great. Just wished the pool stayed open longer.

Facilities were clean and tidy, check in was quick and easy, room was clean and comfortable.

We got in very late (2am) and the only issue we had was parking! Highly recommend the mobile app for keyless entry. Gym, pool, breakfast, nice rooms…I can’t complain!

The lady at checkout was extremely rude. She enjoyed treating others badly. I don't know her name but she was working at 7:30 am on 6/20 and had a nose ring. If I were Hampton Inn I would NOT want her representing me or treating customers so poorly. I usually choose this hotel when in Topeka but will not in the future.

I woke up in the morning and was bitten all over. There had to have been bed bugs!!!!

Staff was helpful and kind, hotel was very clean and breakfast was awesome!

Great place. Lots of eating options in walking distance.

The hotel looked a little worn and needed some cosmetic attention. The paint on the ceiling of our bathroom was bubbled and peeling off but the beds and room were comfortable. Everything else was fine. The waffle maker had lemon waffle batter which was a pleasant surprise.

Busy hotel. But clean and comfortable

This hotel is run down and seen better days. Lots of beat up furniture in the room. Blinds that are filthy. Bathroom had holes in the wall. The ceiling had some kind of stain. We won’t stay there again.

Dogs barking next door they barked every time a door opened or closed.

Very comfortable room and bedding. Everything was orderly. There was NO recycling. That was a big surprise. The continental breakfast had no fruit. We were just there for one night so all was otherwise fine.

Location for me. Close to venues.

Came back the same week! Loved it!
