Clean and perfect location right off I-85 and only 15 minutes to Auburn University

On day 2 no housekeeping visit. Had to go get towels. Asked specifically at the front desk for housekeeping service morning of day 3, and when we returned at night still no housekeeping service. Frustrating experience.

Staff was nice

We felt very safe. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The room was spacious. It was close to many restaurants. The best part: No smoking in this hotel!

Newer hotel. Nice staff and modern looks. But the house keeping staff are not good. Pubic hair in the shower and on the toilet. Stains in the shower area. Urine on the toilet and seat. Not cool at all.

Door room no loked

Easy to locate, lots of resturants, shopping, and a grocery store. The hotel was very clean, morning breakfast was pretty good. Staff was very friendly!

We stay at Holiday Inn Expresses because of the consistency with hospitality, comfort, cleanliness, and awesome showers. This experience did not disappoint.

I was skeptical at first booking online while driving trying to find a safe, clean place to stay overnight after traveling but it worked out great. I was surprised and please on how well the property was maintained, I will be staying there again when we visit.

The staff was so friendly. One of the best experiences I have had in a hotel.

When I booked my room according to the pics we were supposed to be in a suite that had a separate living room and bedroom, but they put us in a room that combined the two and said since we booked through a third party (Expedia) that they couldn't put us in the room that we actually booked. Not only did we get screwed over upon check-in, the hotel itself had rates directly through them that were $75 cheaper per night. The hotel staff was completely unwilling to change us to the room that I had booked through Expedia. Of course always some loophole BS

We were so impressed at check-in. The hotel was bright and clean, and the young man at check-in was so friendly and polite. The room was nicely furnished and clean. However, we did not sleep well at all!! The noise was horrible!! We were in room 104 on the first floor, and there was some kind of clicking noise all night long. This was outside of our room, but sounded like some kind of door being opened and shut all night. This woke my husband up at 4am and then he couldn’t go back to sleep. Then at 7:30am, I was woken up by a man talking very loudly right outside our door. It sounded like he was giving some kind of instructions to the staff, and this went on until about 8am. My husband noticed there was a housekeeping office across the hall but near our room. I’m not sure if this is where the noise came from but it was awful. The hotel was nice but I’m not sure if we would stay here again due to the lack of sleep due to the noise level.

Comfortable beds and nice staff

Staff very helpful. Great breakfast and even a smoking area outside for my husband. Would stay here again.

Convenient location off I85. Many restaurants and shops near by. Staff was very nice and hotel very clean. Breakfast was very good, warm cinnamon buns YUMMY. Went to Walk-one next door for dinner. Absolutely Delicious.

Noisy place. Loud reggae music until midnight from adjacent room. Room was nice. Desk clerks good.

This is a fairly new hotel in a god area

Stayed 1 night to break up our drive to North Carolina. Very clean. Staff was nice. Check in and out was a breeze. Very convenient to stores and restaurants. The continental breakfast was actually very good. Definitely recommend.

Our room was very nice but the kitchen had no light and even in the day it was too dark.

It was pleasant. Friendly staff during Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The complementary breakfast was better than most other hotels I’ve stayed at. I would stay again for sure.

Clean room, comfortable bed, felt safe. Good air conditioning. Had to leave a day early but no refund as there was a special rule in place which we were not made aware of until too late. College Football weekend!!

Good value

Hotel is clean and modern. Beds and pillows are AAA super comfortable and fresh. My granddaughter called it a princess bed it was so comfortable. Breakfast food was hot every morning and delicious. Mrs. Kylie was so kind and friendly @ breakfast. I would have appreciated them making our bed each day but they did not. So close to everything shopping and felt safe at night coming and going with children. We truly enjoyed our time and facilities. Five stars for this hotel
