Staff were friendly . Food was nice . Hotel was close to the bars .

Had a lovely stay at this hotel , staff all very friendly , room was spacious and clean , food choice want massive bit always managed to get something we enjoyed , plenty of seating areas in the sun

Great hotel. The reception manager was a little rude and not welcoming at all during check in. Alba the night receptionist was great though. Bar staff and waiters were fantastic.

The most important plus are the very spacious rooms. Friendly and easy going staff. Breakfast and dinner were okay. The hotel is close to the beaches and stores in Playa del Ingles. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

I was relocated to Labranda Playa Bonita hotel close to the Labranda Bronxe Hotel. Hotels.com should at least have informed me for this change!!! No answer even after contacting them... The experience at the Labranda Playa Bonita was great though!

There are no ventillation in bath room, where toilet there, asap elec fans required. In restaurant service very pleasant but absolutly feels german nation is the first. One night i put food on the table than bar tender ask me it is reserved table. No any sign on the desk, than i see they give favor for another guest.

Early check in & 17:00 check out for a small fee which really suited me. I found my stay as a solo traveler very comfortable & cost effective

Smoking where you ate and we're supposed to enjoy evening shows, that kinda ruined that are so not a good place for kids or non smokers. WiFi was really bad, during peak it was even unusable. Beds was a bit hard so can be difficulty depending on what kind of beds you like. Otherwise a really nice hotel with good food.

Decent hotel close to everything including the beach. Food was decent and the rooms were clean, big and functional. I enjoyed my stay there as a base to explore the island.

Good Hotel but not suitable for families with kids. water temperature for kid's pool and Jacuzzi was cold so my children could not use it. A bit also noisy at night b/w 9-11 due to live show. Food was not also so good, just one time a beef or lamb (goat) stew was served during entire stay. No ventilation in Bathroom for room 111. Not easy to find parking spot.

Excellent hotel only spoilt by not cleaning down pool area of a morning and the area opposite the hotel was just awful which can't be helped. One lady on reception was miserable but everyone else was lovely especially entertainer and restuarant staff.

This stay was fantastic...we had a fab room and they even provided us with a bottle of champagne for our anniversary....we will definitely be returning..cant wait

Hotel location good for beach. But surrounding area seems a bit run down. Pool area was fine but lacks good facilities for kids. The bar area was poor and could do with a refit. The food was a bit samey with many things not being identified. Overall no better than average experience

All staff were very friendly and always helpful . No problems with room . Food selection varies but can be limited. Food always replenished during meal times . Wine ok but other bottles can be purchased . AI closes st 11

Fantastic hotel. All the staff brilliant. Reception so nice and helpful. Bar staff great. Restaurant clean and manger great. Everyone working hard to make sure we can have nice holiday. We really did. Will be coming back. ! 6 of us had a great time. Thanks so much marco,Michael ,victkor and all the reception staff!

Nothing was too much from hotel staff . It was my girlfriends birthday while we were there they put a bottle of bubbly in our room as they check all passports to see if anyone stopping has a birthday a nice touch . Visited sister hotel to use spa facilities

The hotel is on a good location close to nightlife and beach. Rooms are large with modern furnishing and a pleasent pool area. With all inclusive offering it represents good VFM. Would definatly recommend.

This hotel is within walking distance to Playa del Ingles beach and has been updated but it is clearly set up for the package tour crowd. We arrived in our rental car and were surprised to find that the hotel had zero parking, not even to unload your bags. We were there over the Easter break peak week and parking on the street was very hard to come by. We spent 15-20 minutes searching for a parking space every time we moved our car and then even more time walking back to our hotel. The hotel facilities had been renovated so things looked very fresh. The all-inclusive buffet was OK but got old pretty quickly. We did enjoy the self service beer and wine though. The wifi was very spotty and slow.

Very nice stay! Very likeable and always smiling personnel and high standards in environments and food! We stayed with half board and the only little note is about the drinks at dinner that are not included (not even soft drinks and water that have to be payed on the side). Highly recommended!

Nice hotel and attentive staff overall, needs to be more flexible with it's rules though, when it rained there was not adequate seating for evening entertainment. Showers were also poor with waterflow and temperature very temperamental. We were told this was being worked on and saw some plumbers unfortunately it was not resolved during our stay. Ruth the new general manager was very helpful and working hard to make improvements where needed. The 2 drinks rule from the bar slowed service a lot and seemed pointless at an all inclusive, should be more flexible. The food generally was very good quality and changed each night so didn't get repetitive, they need to sort out their sausages at breakfast though (1 day it was proper sausages, other days frankfurters which don't belong at breakfast!) Room was clean and the cleaners did a good job each day, everyone seemed to work hard there. Would recommend the hotel and consider staying again, once improvements are made it could be very good, poor showers were the biggest issue.

Really nice hotel, had wifi everywhere for free, so great for my teenagers.Pool was fantastic and a great beach and shops nearby.Food was great, good selection

Just returned from a relaxing one week stay at the Bronze Playa. The hotel is modern and clean although be warned, the swimming pool is very cold !

The hotel has been renovated and done up to a great standard. It was a lovely place to stay. The food was good but not a great variety, I think this is the only thing that lets the hotel down. The desserts are tasteless and just taste sweet. The salads are really good and you can eat healthily quite easily. The other mains are not that great but you'll find something to eat.
