Las habitaciones están que dan pena … no han sido renovadas desde hace 15 años … la limpieza tampoco es espectacular…

Персонал добродушный. Коралловый риф и залив небольшой, окруженный коралловым рифом, во время отлива температура в лагуне была комфортная для купания и нормальная глубина. Много рыбок. Повар вкусно готовит обеды. Огромные порции на обед по меню, брали один салат на троих, паста болоньезе на двоих, тушеное мясо и рис на двоих.
Несколько раз писали о раннем заезде, что было подтверждено отелем. По приезду номера не были готовы. Заселили в какой то гадюшник. При смыве унитаза весь пол залило фекальными водами. Изза вонищи не уснули, попросили переселить в забронированные номера. Переселили через полтора часа. Было предоставлено только два полотенца. В номере грязно, пыль вековая. На балкон дверь не закрывается и с трудом открывается. Разорванные шторы. Пледы без дополнительных простыней не стиранные. Дохлые подушки. На балконе отсутствие мебели, кроме топчана, прикрученного к стене и ржавой сушилки. На запросы не предоставлялись ни туалетная бумага, ни простыни, ни полотенца. Кивают головой и пропадают. Уборка не производилась. Холодильник и на смену ему не работали оба. Пользовались в другом номере. Завтраки настолько скудны, что не хватало всем просто вареных яиц и йогурта. Иногда не было хлеба. Выпечка представлена сухими мини круасанами и сухой сдобой. Обед по меню, дорогой. Ожидание более 2 часов. Бассейн зеленый и мутный. Бар скудный. Лежаки на пляже и матрасы древние и раздолбанные, только на дрова. Собаки гостей испражнялись на пляже. Навоз за ними никто не убирал. Растительность присутствует только в районе рецепции. Общее впечатление - унылость и грязь. Самому отелю требуется твердая рука. Хозяина нет. Категорически не понравилось. Это не отель 3 звезды, это хостел бедуинов.

The garbage on the beach. Had there been readily available net bags, my family and I would have gladly collected items to help.

The hotel has a bed bug infestation!!!
I've booked 2 rooms one of them had bed bugs. Then switched to another 2 rooms and both were heavily infested with Bed Bugs
I've spent the worst hotel night of my life time trying to clean the bed and avoid the bites throughout the night.
I advise you don't book in this hotel before you make sure they managed this problem

It was a great experience with the Daniela Diving center. Ibrahim the dive instructor was great! We all felt in a good hands. Also felt that safety is highly important. Everythings with a smile.
The hotel itself has a really nice area and view. Stuff was wonderful and helpful. Diner and breakfast were reallynice and varied so we didn't had to go out to eat. A good thing after a long diving day. Don't miss the beautiful sunrise from this place!!
Need a little attention to room maintenance.

great location, quite, privet beach, wonderful stuff, diving school inside the hotel which makes it very convenient, bar, pool and overall we had a wonderful vacation

Daniel and the staff in general were amazing
Location is good
The dinner was nice
The shower didn't have hot water, despite I asked to fix this every day. In the middle of the stay the shower hose broke and we couldn't use the shower head at all. This too wasn't fixed. Also, after every shower there was a huge puddle left in the bathroom without any way to get rid of the water. So, the shower was just a disaster and my kids just refused to use it and didn't had shower for the whole stay. Very frustrating and the biggest pain point of the stay. Very disappointing that despite all our request and complains it wasn't fixed for the 6 days of our stay...

Nice hotel with an amazing diving school.
The facilities are beyond what you expect for what you pay.
The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean & the receptionist is very helpful.
The diving school is extraordinarily good very nice instructors and informative.
The breakfast is okay but nothing special.
The dinner for a fee is rather lackluster, how ever Dahab is 10minutes away and there are more than enough restaurants there.

The breakfast was limited options not many to choose from. The staff was super friendly and kind. They offered dinner and lunch for extra charge but their prices were reasonable. They were pet friendly and everyone was super nice and accepting of my dog which was amazing. They offered shuttle service for extra price to go to downtown Dahab to explore since the place so far from anything.
My only issue with this place was the cleanness. The pool was constantly not clean and I had to call someone to come and clean it of these little frogs that kept on being there. I just expect for a place like this to prioritize cleaning and maintaining the cleanses of the place.

The reef in front of the hotel was beautiful.
Everything was dirty, especially the toilets.
No hot water in the shower (also in other rooms that I have checked with)
Staff was ok.. weren't too nice with a lack of cooperation, different answers from different employees.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, at all hours. the hotel was cleaned and cared for. breakfast was very good and sufficiently varied. Location was perfect for our needs- close enough to pop into Dahab town, and far away enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. Hamed, the driver, was especially helpful and caring. As was Ihab, at the reception. We will definitely come back again, and will recommend this lovely resort to friends.
The "hanging out" area close to the sea, didnt seem to recieve as much attention as the areas close to the pool.

The staff is the biggest asset of this resort. Genuinely good people greet you with open arms and a real smile. Sunset at the pool bar is a treat with Umm Kulthum in the air. Real Arabic coffee at breakfast and great reception and dive center staff. Can’t wait for another chance to be there.

We love the Daniela – the privet beautiful reef, the lovely staff, the comfortable beds, the peace and quiet… Everything!
They even upgraded the bathrooms since our last visit.

Location is great. There is great snorkeling spot at the private beach of the hotel and they also provided snorkeling gear free of cost. The staff was really friendly. Their breakfast was also really good
