The staff are so lovely and helpful here, the entry is great, you feel good when you go to the pool area to chill and the gym is great too. My husband and I love it so much here that we are looking for a permanent stay :)

Not the best property I’ve been to.
The biggest flaw and flag for anyone is that the curtains in the bedroom were definitely not made to measure. One side was fine, the other side was about 50cm short off the ground and both sides 20-30cm from the sides, so all I got was the light coming through every day.
The living room also doesn’t have curtains or blinds. None at all.
Secondly, the washing machine did not work! I had to call and then I personally had to turn the water valve on, only for then the machine to the flood the bathroom!
The free breakfast was basic but the ladies at the cafe must’ve been the absolute highlight - so lovely and the thing that made it great (plus their homemade yogurt muesli!)

Great location. Beautiful view. Good facilities. Friendly staff. Spacious and nice unit.
Downside is that water leaking out from stand shower, and the carpet is a bit old.

The unit had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the heated pool and gym and the little cafe for our morning coffee. Staff were very friendly and helpful, too. The only thing that was really annoying was the tv in the main bedroom - too small and didn't work properly.

The checkin process was delayed for us by 1.5 hours. Once we were allowed access the room was in terrible condition and had to be recleaned.
Shower leaked and lights in both rooms were not working. It was rectified quickly but the overall condition was aging and dirty.

Very nice clean spacious rooms. Quiet area, but still close to the heart of Broadbeach and all the restaurants.
The staff here are all very friendly and helpful.
You get a very warm welcome here at Freshwater Point.

Great place to stay for the weekend, especially with a baby. Had a ground floor unit that had easy access to the pool and the unit facilities were great with full kitchen and laundry to use. Such a good location in close proximity to the casino, shopping and beach.

Great property, nice on site parking! Room wasn’t the cleanest on our arrival and curtains the room weren’t opening or closing properly.

The room smelt musty, there was a rolled up floor mat behind lounge seat. Padlock latches on cupboard and wardrobe doors !

We had an amazing stay in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment on the 8th floor facing the river and resort swimming pool etc. it also has an incredible skyscraper view

On arrival at our apartment we were greeted with a lovely complimentary basket of goodies - wine, cheese, crackers, chips and chocolate biscuits - a very nice surprise. Apartment was very spacious, clean and tidy and quiet. Property is within a reasonable walking distance of good restaurants and the casino. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We really like the hot tub. The view was amazing. Location was great. The beds were comfortable. We really didn’t like that they didn’t clean our room. It took 3 direct contacts with the receptionist. Blonde receptionist was extremely disinterested and didn’t want to assist us with ticketing or with housekeeping. There was no direct method for communicating with housekeeping staff that we wanted the room serviced.

All of the pictures for the room type we booked show a high level canal view. We were assigned to a room with a view of the carpark and it was on level 1. Pictures or description need to be corrected as this was very misleading. Hotel staff said we should have requested a canal view but I didn't think we needed to when every photo of that room type showed the canal view! Very disappointing when we only chose this hotel for the canal view. Hotel offered no solution or compensation.

Was clean and modern, with nice pool area, a few more shade umbrella around pool would have good, cafe nice we had free breakfast, but a decent coffee would have been a nice inclusion instead of complimentary instant. In general a good choice, walkable to Oasis and Pacific fair.

We loved the apartment, it was self contained.and spacious. The pool was a good size for swimming & the hot tub was great.

The only problem we had was for my wife who requested a disability bathroom & toilet and didn’t really get it. It was a struggle for her. That was our only problem.

This was our first time staying here and we will definitely be back! The property is lovely and clean and the reception staff were particularly helpful. It was home away from home. Looking forward to returning in the future!
