The hotel staff was super friendly. we were there for our 20th anniversary which we mentioned to the front desk attendance, Jonathan, in passing. Next thing we know, there was wine and chocolate left in the room for us to celebrate the occasion!! we also got upgraded to a king suite which was an amazing penthouse room, with gorgeous views. The Spa was also a nice touch. Over all I think the hotel is a great option in a very good location near all the attractions and restaurants.

Staff was friendly, but the first morning we had no hot water, had to shower with cold water and go out to the national park feeling very cold the whole day, very unpleasant…

Everything was great, is an apart hotel, you have a dining table a small fridge, cook stove, microwave, tv etc. Personnel is very helpful and kind. Breakfast is good and varied. Location is just great, walking distance to everywhere in the city, and you have seashore view from your room window!! I will be back anytime soon!!

This hotel is located very conveniently for walking to everything. The main dock and tons of shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. Airport is just a short taxi ride away. Very nice staff and a clean and comfortable room. A nice lounge with a great view you can wait in if you have to check out long before your flight

Nice hotel. Only problem was the check-in process. I had booked this hotel the night before our arrival. Upon checking in, the hotel had no record at all of my reservation, even though I had all the necessary booking/confirmation numbers from Expedia. Not sure if this was simply a communication error between Expedia and the hotel, or other. But the hotel is very nice, and the staff we dealt with were amazing.

My room was included with breakfast. I had to leave at 6.15 am for a tour and had requested packed box. The breakfast was at 7 am. We told 3 desk clerks about this . Unfortunately did not get it.
Asked for refund later on our return. Nothing or any other service.

The staff here is very helpful and friendly. The Jules Verne on the roof is really fun - beautiful views. AND - the hot tub in the basement is AWESOME after a cold day of snowy site-seeing! I'd totally go back! :)

This is a GREAT hotel with huge, comfortable rooms located right on the Main Street in Ushuaia. The friendly natured and super helpful staff are the real hallmark of this hotel. We absolutely LOVED our stay and highly recommend it to others. Thank you Celine del Faro! Bravo.

The hotel is located near the port. Since Ushuaia is a fairly small town, it is easy to walk to the restaurants and shops. The room is specious with a great view of the mountain, port and channel. The staffs are polite and helpful. The only downside is the bathroom didn’t look like cleaned properly.

Looked more like a condo than a hotel room. We had a 2 bedroom flat with living room, kitchen and balcony. Very spacious, probably 80 sq meters (900 sq feet). Place is in good condition but certainly now new, so mostly goof for the space

Interesting place. Kind of old school Euro rooms. It is at the one extreme end of town so be prepared for that. Also, a draconian 10 am check out was enforced. For most expeditions this can leave you homeless for hours.

This hotel was was a comfortable stopover in Ushuaia. It is centrally located, clean and spacious. Breakfasts were adequate and the front desk staff were helpful. I don't think it is the best value for money, but it was still fine for my two nights in town prior to my cruise.

The hotel is great for a stay when the weather is a bit cold with snow - great indoor pool with spa.

Very good view of the Beagle Channel and the commercial wharf. Quiet, comfortable bedroom with a separate lounge/kitchen area.
Friendly and helpful staff. The only minus was the electronic card used as a key for room entry to the room. This failed to work and had to be repeatedly reprogrammed or replaced at reception.

The rooms were a nice size and were well appointed. All fixtures worked well. The staff person at our check in was quiet friendly and very helpful. The staff person at our check out was not as cheerful. Breakfast buffet was adequate.
In short......a fine place in a good location. Our only disappointment was that we were given room 02 which has no view whatsoever - looks out to a wall. This was a bit of a disappointment given the glorious mountain view surrounding all of Ushuaia. But......would stay here again if we coiuld get a better room.

Room, especially mattrace was terrible. Bathroom had mold and bad smell. Breakfast was blow average. Soa, the hotel needs to learn what is a spa and what are spa basic requirements.

The reception staff is amazing, they did everything for me and went out of thr way to help and make my stay amazing. All the amenities are great, perfect location as just around the cornor from main street. Would definatly recommend and if i come back again will stay for sure. Hats off for the hotel management team.

Very good location and the staff was very helpful and proactive, helping us to book turistics activities with travel agencies. Also, they indicate good restaurante near to the hotel and support us in everything else
