Requested late check out due to having to go drive 21/2 hours round the mtn to go to the polar express.got back late to the resort as in 1am. They would not give us a late checkout so that we could eat breakfast. I will never stay here again. They should have some courtesy for people

Mary was not nice when checking on reservations. She should have contacted a manger but didn’t but that’s ok, we called back and spoke with others who contacted the manager and they did us right. Other than Mary, our stay was excellent! Great getaway for family and we all enjoyed it. I would have given a 5 star rating if I hadn’t had to deal with her. Thank you!

This was a very pleasant stay. It was spacious and comfortable to be in. There were some small issues with tears in the screens for the balcony and stains on the carpet. There was something wrong with the electrical, too. Our stove sparked and one of the burners went out and the light over the bathroom sink in one of the bathrooms worked intermittently. They were doing construction on the building, but it didn't effect our stay. We didn't use them because it was cold, but they do have an indoor pool and a really nice lazy river outside. The staff was very nice. It was in a great place, too. Easy to get to everything. We were happy we chose to stay here and we would not hesitate to stay again.

We loved the location and the place was clean. The bedding is rough and the pillows were flat. I would suggest bringing your own pillow. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to stay here again. Very family friendly. Loved the pools and hot tub. I read a review that stated the place had noise from the road but we did not have that issue and we were on the road side of our building.

The 3-bedroom riverside cabin is located in a very peaceful and private area just a few block away from Parkway, spacious rooms, a cozy living room and a full kitchen. The cabin is super clean inside. A lovely sitting area at the front yard looks over the river. We had a great time with our stay here and look forward to next time!

I had a very restful stay which was the purpose of the trip. I would very much like to stay again for longer to enjoy more of the amenities on site. The staff was very friendly and professional. I had a short wait while my room was being confirmed ready, but it was worth the wait. The room was very clean and sufficiently stocked. The check out process was easy.

This was an amazing apartment, beautifully decorated and homely, huge with a spa bath and two showers, very comfortable beds, convenient parking, well equiped kitchen and a washer and dryer. The reception staff were very professional and helpful. We couldn't use the lazy river due to the weather and my only criticism would be that we did plan to use the indoor poor but it didn't look clean lots of hairs floating on top, and the water in the jacuzzi looked discoloured, so we decided it was best avoided which for keen swimmers was a disappointment.

Our stay was fabulous. We were celebrating my granddaughters 13th birthday, and my daughter, me and my seven year old grandson took advantage of all your amenities. They said the Lazy River was magical. We totally enjoyed the three bedroom condo and we will be back!

Beautiful facility and received a great discounted rate. However, there was a cockroach in our condo. The maintenance staff immediately came after notified and sprayed. Saw two more that night that we killed. Scheduled massages at 1:45, received a call at 1:30 that we were 15 minutes late and caller was adamant our time would be cut. The massage therapists were much nicer. My husband said his massage was fantastic and his neck felt better than it had in years.

We were extremely pleased with our stay at RiverStone condo. It was within walking distance to Dolly Pardon Stampede (which we loved). Driving to other attractions was also easy. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit the area.

The condo unit my family and I stayed in was wonderful. I loved the balcony overlooking the golf course that could be accessed from the master bedroom and living room; we even got a great view of fireworks in the distant. I also loved the screened in front porch area. There was plenty of space for all 4 of us. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. The lazy river was refreshing and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and professional. The outside property was well taken care of although my daughter, in the front room, did complain about being awakened by weed whackers and lawn mowers during the weekdays. The location of the property was close enough to walk to the main strip where you would find restaurants and entertainment readily available. It was also a fairly quick trip into Gatlinburg and Sieverville, the neighboring towns.
We did have problems with the tv in the master bedroom and the light in front of the washer/dryer closet (which I forgot to mention at checkout). My kids were kind of bummed the arcade room was closed for renovations. Otherwise, the resort is top notch and highly recommended!
