Great location and lovely views from apartment. Although bear in mind some apartments have a view of the back of others. Up the top of a really steep bank so maybe an issue for those with mobility problems. Apartment clean enough but shower in need of repair and beds are awful small uncomfortable and noisy. Very basic in terms of kitchenware. Complex is clean with a nice bar and small pool. Wi-Fi provided but very hit and miss. Reception very friendly and overall enjoyed our stay. Would say good for adults in couples or groups or families with very young children. But beware if you want a comfortable bed and guaranteed views.

Had ocean view room, we self catered and ate out, had everything we needed, would return, staff very helpfull.

It's near all of all the restaurants and shops, but a block up the hill which makes it quiet!

Great helpful staff, very clean everywhere & very close to the beach & all the bars & restaurants & not noisy which surprised us as so close to everything, basic accommodation but everything you need is there & very clean one negative, the bottom bed sheets were to small to tuck in so they came off very easily. Usual sunned issues on the terrace with people putting towels on sun beds every morning & not laying on them until late afternoon if at all but seems to be the same everywhere

Lovely apts-great pool area,and excellent staff always friendly and helpful. Maybe a little more drinks choice at the pool bar,but overall,a fantastic place to stay,will definitely be coming back

The front and cleaning staff were great and the hotel was in good condition. However, the property was touted as a smoke-free property and there were unfortunately several chain smokers on the property - isn't this 2022? and so the common area around the unheated pool and especially our balcony smelled of cigarettes most of the time. This was a deal breaker for us.

This apartment was of a very high hygienic level with replacement of towels and cleaning during our stay. The staff on reception were very pleasant and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to others and booking it again. It has a rooftop bar pool and bar, is very close to the beach and lots of amenities.

We have used this apartment for the last 4 years and it is in a great location local to the beaches and strip. Its has fantastic views and the rooms are all clean tidy. its nice a quiet and the staff are really helpful and friendly we will be booking again for 2022

The apartments were great swimming pool heated, room brill sun terrace was great for sunbathing snack bar good prices and really friendly staff and the reception staff were great communicating i emailed them 2 weeks before trip requesting a sea view and the appartment sorted by Bianca was superb cant wait to book next visit

The apartments are a value offer. They need to update them as the look very tired Vs others in the resort but they are cheap to book.

Nice place to stay, very quiet time we went so the pool was never full. The beach is only a few minutes walk away. The hill down is very steep so will need to take your time. The only downside was the wifi. Only 2 people can be on at one time but all the bars and restaurants near by have good wifi. Would go back but only if we got the same apartment. Some apartment are very close to restaurants and the view would not be great from them.

Room 501. Top of the hill, top floor. Excellent location with 2 balconies looking over the entire bay. Clean, bright white with sofa and seat. Breakfast bar with stools. Standard 2 ring stove/fridge/kettle/toaster/microwave. Large furnished balcony off the lounge. 1st bedroom off the lounge. Clean, fresh, comfortable with private sunny balcony. 2nd bedroom was at the back of the flat with a window overlooking the road. With a safe in the wardrobe. Bathroom was a decent size with shower. No issues with hot water availability. Bathroom decor is perhaps a little tired, but it was clean with fresh towels daily. Housekeeping was good, with a friendly lady coming most days though we didn't need anything most days. The complex is clean, with a nice pool area, a wee bar/snack bar, cash only, with friendly staff and reasonable priced snacks/drinks. The sun terrace has spectacular views over the beach area, and a good number of loungers. Massages are also available on the sun terrace. These apartments have NO AIR-CON which may be problematic during the hotter months. A fan is supplied in the lounge area. 2 mins directly down the hill to the beach, bars, shops, restaurants. walk level from the top of the hill to get to the Biosphera, Spar, Hyperdino and old town without having to go uphill again. I'd will happily stay here again, especially at this apartment.

Nice little place, staff were lovely but its a bit noisy as the walls are thin and some of the guests can't seem to respect other people needing a lie in...

2nd time staying at Morana...fantastic sopt. Location perfect despite the steep hill...if mobility a problem request lower apt closer to prom but no view then. Staff lovely and friendly, pool great - best pub Murphys just at corner so quick stroll home (uphill!)

Very good location, apartments fine though utensiles basic. Internet is slow which was big concern with the kids.

WI-FI only available in lobby and connectivity was terrible. It was advertised It was having free wi-fi you would assume this was in each apartment.

Upon arrival we took the many steps to what can only be described as the bowels of the complex, where my partner slipped and fell because a blocked drain was leaking and had made the painted concrete floor like an ice rink, causing a massive bruise to her leg. The lid was just sitting next to the leaking drain. - good start..The room was not clean. It looked like it was quickly ran over with a dirty mop, as did the work surfaces. We were put in room 102 which overlooks the back of a Chinese restaurant, not the quietest place on earth. Our entrance and exit was via a large metal gate by the public bins which made the loudest bang as you had to slam it to get it to close.The two single beds with the comedy mattresses were so lightweight, they would move in a draught, and if it wasnt bed bugs that bit us at night, Im not sure what what they were. But we were covered!The bathroom smelled of sewage and to add insult to injury, there was no hot water after midnight!! Whats that all about?? The shower also leaked.The towels looked 20 years old and were only changed twice. We were going to extend our stay, but after 10mins we decided not too.We will certainly never go back there again. After the second night, my partner tried to move us to the nicer hotel opposite at our expense to get away from there.We werent expecting the Ritz for the price we paid, but we werent expecting this either. You could get better for less money on the island.

Nice hotel in middle of Puerto del Carmen, staff friendly and very helpful, when I arrived it was raining and floor was very slippery in the grounds and the street which is on a very steep hill & a few people slipped & fell, me included. My room was next to the maintenance/cleaners room & was woken early every morning by the talking.

Easy check in and nice room. Only stayed for one night but the staff were helpful and let us leave our bags in a luggage storage room after we checked out.

Great location for anyone who has no problem climbing a hill. Pool area was nice. Apartments seem to have been updated a bit, ie kitchen/bedroom. Bathroom was not clean at all. Tiles are filthy.

The roof top terrace for sunbathing was perfect! Although we visited just at the end of peak season it was never too busy or crowded. The pool was clean as were the surrounding areas. The apartment was bright, spacious and clean. The sea view from our balcony just really hit the jackpot for us! Would definitely recommend the sea view rooms as quite a few apartments unfortunately miss out.

I was a little surprised about how old our room was considering the high rating of the property. The beds were also not very comfortable. The location is excellent and the pool and sunbathing area are really nice. So if you don’t plan on spending much time in the room it’s a decent choice for the price. I probably would pick a different place next time with so many options.

Great location close to beach and main strip. On a steap hill tho so wont be suitable for everyone.

We stayed here for 5 nights and overall, were extremely happy with our stay. The staff were extremely friendly, including the cleaners, lifeguards and receptionists. The apartment was cleaned thoroughly every day, and we were extremely happy with the amenities. This apartment was right on the beach and was ideal in its proximity to bars and restaurants. The pool is also great, and the apartment had pool, sea, and mountain views! Upon arrival, we paid for access to the safe inside the apartment. However, the safe had been tampered with and so was unable to be used. We immediately notified reception, and despite it being 10pm, the man on reception came up to our apartment and looked at the safe for us. We were given a refund, and the next day they had somebody come in to see if it could be fixed (it couldn't, but we were happy that the security on-site was sufficient for our stuff to be safe). The only slightly disappointing thing was that we paid for a double room and a pull-out sofa bed. When we came in from our first night, it became apparent that the sofa was not a pull-out bed, but rather just a sofa. However, the sofa was comfortable and we didn't mind too much. In all, we had an extrememly pleasant stay and could not fault the staff or the complex in any way. I would recommend anybody to stay here and would definitely return again!
