Excelent hotel with fine location. No air conditioner during spring.

The room has a cute decor and its a block away from the ocean. Staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. They spoke fluent English. I wish they provided a mini fridge in the room though.

I was impressed with the friendly staff, and cleanliness of the facilities. My room was a bit small compared to US standards, but more than adequate. The bed was very comfortable and the AC blew cold air. I enjoyed the outdoor garden and bar. Fun times on the bocce court too. Thanks for having me.

We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. We stayed only one night during our honeymoon vacation and it was more than perfect! Everyone was so nice and the icing on the cake was that they extended us a free cocktail at their outdoor bar to congratulate us- this is where we met the bartender, Julien, who was just the nicest and most engaging person. He really made it memorable. We wish only that we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much!

Hotel de Londres is a beautiful hotel. The recent renovations make it one of the nicest hotels in the area. It is in a great location to drive and explore the French Riviera. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend it.

Nice hotel close to the beach. Very comfy bed. Not so good hairdryer…Bar in the garden really nuce but very little people even for August. Would have liked a little more action.

Central but laid back and quiet with outdoor space to relax and have a cocktail or two. Have stayed there before (5 years ago) and found under new owners and substantial renovation of rooms. For the price and standard, it was excellent.

This was a wonderful Hotel and deserves more than 3 stars. Excellent Breakfast, room great, only comment would be to change carpet between elevator and room. Room was a surprise, modern and very clean. If you need parking, make sure you reserve in advance for a special garage parking space. Close to beach, train station and restaurants. Menton a lovely town, would stay again for sure.

My room was not like the picture at all. Was very disappointed. Wouldnt recommend this property

Great location with nice garden to enjoy for a drink and/or breakfast. Staff are helpful; rooms are small with modern bathroom. They could use a little color… If you have an issue with pigeons and seagulls making noise outside your window, you’ll want to keep windows closed. We got a kick out of their chorus at dusk.

It was a comfortable stay with attentive service. A great location but away from street noice. The room was clean and overall a good value. Recommend it.

The accommodations were comfortable and the staff very helpful. Most of all the siting of the Hotel was very close to the beach and the fun parts of Menton. It was also reasonably priced. I would recommend it to others.

Great Hotel for a decent price. In a very good shape. Perfectly located close to the town, the beach and the airport shuttle bus station is just a 3 min walk away. No noise from the street, restaurants or beach Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly Highly recommendable

Booked this because it advertised parking. As it turned out there wasn't any and nearest paid parking was a long way away meaning all sorts of issues loading and unloading bags etc. Otherwise it's a good central location.

Beautiful hotel!!! Rooms are gorgeous (exactly as pictured), beds are comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by how new and modern the bathrooms are. The hotel not only accommodated the special request at the time of booking, but they took the time to email me to confirm. Front desk staff were fluent in both English and French. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and would encourage everyone to check out this little gem in Menton.

All was fine but 2 days next door guys were laudly fighting and shouting. The hotel is not changing the sheets by the way. The rest was fine.

Couple of minutes to the sea & promenade 5 min walk to bus stop choice of cafes & restaurants near by 10 mins to Old Town Property set back fro the road

Pros: Location Friendly staff Quiet Cons: Slightly run down corridors Hard pillows I would stay again. Very close to the sea and within walking distance of the centre.

Although the room is small, it's functional and clean. The staff are friendly to help out in every way. Great location outside the old town and close to the great seafood restaurants. Best of all, it has private parking spaces if you reserve ahead at reasonable daily rate to make it hassle free from finding parking. Menton is beautiful and a great base for day trips!

we decided to break up a long drive from Italy back to south-central france with a stop in Menton (we've been in the city before) and were very pleased to arrive at this hotel - close to the shore for walks, a quiet courtyard in which to relax. Friendly staff and clean comfortable room let us unwind and prepare for the next day's drive. Excellent value

Visited for 8 days on our honeymoon. Rooms were clean and bathroom was clean. Housekeeping daily which I was pleasantly surprised with.Reception staff were friendly and helpful.Housekeeping staff were friendly.Safety deposit box in room and reception will lend you an iron to use if required.Breakfast available, we did not use this and also a bar serving hot/soft/alcohol beverages until 11pm.From our room, the garden view you could see the sea. Just a short lane to pass through to take you to the beach.Express supermarket round the corner from the hotel.Train station 5/10 min walk from hotel.Lots of restaurant choices on coast and a 5 minute walk to the town where there are lots of shops/restaurants.Worth a visit.

The Hotel de Londres is located perfectly: a couple of minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. Its about a 20 minute stroll to the Old Town, 3 minutes from the Airport Express bus stop and 5 or 12 minutes from the two railway stations.The staff were friendly and helpful and went onto the internet to find out whether or not the trains were running to Monte Carlo where we were going to the tennis.The room was clean and comfortable and looked out onto the front garden where there were chairs to sit and enjoy the sun. The only slight downside is that the road is close by if you have your patio doors open (which I prefer to air conditioning). Visually, the road is hidden by trees and shrubs, which is nice.Breakfast was good value for money and there was a reasonable choice too.Menton itself is beautiful. Such lovely buildings. To have the see looking one way and the mountains the other makes the views spectacular.
