We got there at midnight (flight got delayed) they didn’t have our room ready cause computers were down n expected us to wait until it came back. Waiting 30 minutes until my husband asked if we have to wait there until it came back that’s when we got room but had to leave a 1000 pesos deposit

AC was not cooling. There was not hot wather. We attempted to call front desk to report issues but there was no answer

Great stay close to the center. Was very comfortable and an amazing value for the price. The bed was very comfortable with big fluffy pillows and a nice cozy comforter. Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've stayed in! The only reason I would rate 4 instead of 5 stars is because the heater wasn't working and it was wintertime with a not well insulated window that let in a lot of cold. Never got the room to warm higher than 22.5 degrees. There shelving next to the bed was also not wiped down, which surprised me because beside that the hotel and room felt very clean. Would absolutely stay again!

It's an old building thats been slightly remodeled. It's not all that.

I knew not to expect luxury accommodations. Things are basic and simple but done in an attractive way that met all my needs. Staff were always available and helpful.

Clean close to downtown area. No mini fridge, iron is in hallway not in rooms. For the price location and condition it was perfect. Clean and modern star was quick checking in and out

This hotel looks very nice from the outside and the lobby. Everything else about this hotel is substandard. The elevators are slow and unresponsive. There are no staff available for cleaning practically. The towels are not suitable for drying a car or a motorcycle let alone a human being. The rooms are the size of a large American closet. They do not provide actual soap or hand towels. The air-conditioning has either an on setting or off and the thermostat does not work. The location was very convenient to walk to everything, but I will look for a more suitable hotel when I go to this event next year.

It was ok for the price, I’ve would’ve been better if they at least give you shampoo and soap so you can take a shower. Paid 1,000 pesos for a night and just had one towel in the room, crazy.

Horrible hotel. No hot water. No way to lower the temperature in the room even after calling the front desk.
